The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to spend time asking if you are ok. They always even acknowledge you when leaving, even if they are with someone else or on the phone. I have noticed they do this even to customers that have ear phones on. The Gym has a good feel about it and all the customers are friendly. the changing rooms are in need of a total refurbishment as the cubical have lots of bleach stains so they make them look dirty and un loved. But the staff do well keeping on top of the cleaning.

Its a fantastic little centre that is hidden away from the main road. It has a female only gym and sauna which is lovely and it suits my needs. But I also have the option of using the mixed gym. The staff and other users are so polite and welcoming.

The kindness of the management and the reception staff . Truly amazing positive people who not only helped me on a very tough and stressful time , but also inspired me to attend Whitechapel sports centre from now instead of other leisure centres ! Well done to the team, keep up the good work .

It’s a very friendly place

Most of the staff are very pro-active and easy to approach. There is one man in particular that won't move off his arse to fulfil a patrons request, surprised he's still there! The place is generally clean in recent times but I do remember two years ago that a plastic was left under a machine for a few weeks. Currently, there's a huge amount of dust accrued on the rafters in the main cardio-vascular suite, Its very noticeable. But I'm certain it won't be there for long.

its such a clean and fantastic place to work out. Having a female gym in tower hamlets is a must. its just a shame it not as big at the main gym. Staff are also lovely, always great you with a smile.

Only women gym in Whitechapel Spoetsvcentre and only women’s private changing room and private shower inc chair are very good. Downside: There are two too small TV in only women gym room. The only women gym should have bigger TV screens with subtitles in future. Some of myself and older ladies can’t see small subtitles on small TVs in only women grim room. Secondly, the lockers with bracket of key (not pins) should have refundable £1 coin Not 20p.
