Situated in heart of community. Within easy reach. Friendly,helpful staff. Children using facility well supervised. Older people well catered for and made feel welcome. Changing area very clean. Good showers. Great pool where you can usually get a lane. Great parking facilities close to main building.

I attended a spin class in Thursday evening and I am relatively new to spin. The instructor took her time to show me how to adjust the bike and the height etc which is most suited. She also talked me through the resistance on the bike and was informative during the class giving Instructions as needed. The class was upbeat and a great workout . I would highly recommend this class 😊
