I belonged the BAC and left during Covid. When it was time to rejoin, I went to the Beverly Y. Did not like it at all. Came back to BAC and couldn't be happier.
I love going to BAC. The trainers have helped me exercises for my foot and hip that have helped me. I take different classes and enjoy the pool. The cold plunge tank is great after a workout. The only thing I would like is more stretch style classes and some meditation classes.
I mainly come to use the pool which I love - it’s well maintained and the temperature is very comfortable. I also love the sauna.
All the staff are very friendly.
I've been going to H20 Cardion Swim at BAC for more than 4 years now. It's become such an important part of my wellbeing routine. I would heartily recommend to anyone looking for a good cardio workout that offers low impact muscle resistance. And have lots of fun too!
