Beyond Bikes are the best LBS around. Want use anyone else. Especially their workshop team are absolutely first rate, they are able to turn around any bike issues / servicing quickly and I’ve been mega impressed. Would use again and I know I will be soon.

Great that we could actually try the bike as 90% of the bikes we wanted to see were only available to buy online. Great staff who were knowledgeable and friendly and most of all they were competitive prices which is important.

We arrived at the shop with a broken chain unannounced and pretty fed up. We were away camping for the weekend and the chain snapped on the first day. We walked our bikes to the shop and the staff greeted us with smiles and were so helpful, they changed our chain and even advised us that the chain had a recall notice and that we should contact the shop we bought it from for a refund. our visit to the shop really cheered us up! great staff and service, thank you!

Great advice from the team. Such a good idea to host these evenings. Enjoyed it so much more than just watching a ‘How to…’ video online. I would definitely recommend attending a session although I’m torn, I don’t want broadcast this too much otherwise I won’t get a place for another session at a later date 😉
