Hi, I called in to ask for some general advice about handlebar risers & tyre choice , the young man was very helpful & showed me what they had in terms of handlebars so I got a reasonable idea as to what to look for , he spoke to the mechanic whom he said had more experience , he came and spent a huge amount of time of time looking online for me & sent me the link for a specific handlebar as they don’t sell that one …. Yet ! He then went through the tyre choices for the riding that I do that would give me what I needed, There was no pressure for me to buy anything “that would just do “ He found me the ideal choice . Talk about Beyond Bikes . Talk about Beyond Service !!!! I can’t recommend them highly enough, in fact I recommended them to someone the very same day , he will be paying them a visit soon . I will be buying everything I need for my bike from them in future.

I visited the shop on a busy Saturday morning whilst on an event in the local area . The service was very prompt and informative, the shop was well stocked and both the mechanic (Carl) and the shop manager or owner were helpful and gave me lots of advice as well as changing my break pads whilst I waited so I could continue riding. I would definitely recommend the shop and would return if I am ever in the area again . Thank you
