An incredibly personalised service by staff with huge amounts of knowledge. I was always made to feel like a priority and was guided through the process of buying a bike through the Cycle to Work Scheme without any pressure. I would strongly recommend Beyond Bikes to my friends and family and will no doubt be using them again in the future.

We were looking for bike accessories and they had a great selection, the shop is bigger than it looks from the outside. The young man serving us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not sure why we haven't been in there before!

Better than ace

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were able to take my bike in in the spot to solve an issue for me. I liked the range of Trek bikes in the shop, and the owner was very knowledgable and helpful. It's also nice that there's a decent coffee shop in the courtyard area which I made use of while waiting for my bike.

More excellent customer service from Beyond Bikes. Took my Epic Evo in to get the suspension serviced. SRAM said the fork had a structural issue and needed to be replaced. But because it was a couple of months out of warranty - tough luck. Nick took the time to negotiate with Specialized who were more generous on their interpretation, and were happy to provide a new fork (£500+) under their warranty. So obviously very pleased with that result - not sure other shops would have taken the time and effort to negotiate that outcome. Thanks
