The Service Team went above and beyond to locate and fix one of those really annoying squeaks that is intermittent, does not appear on demand and almost impossible to pin down. This included a ride out with one of the mechanics (in the rain) so he could better understand when and where it appears. I picked the bike up later in the day and am delighted to say that having tested it on a gruelling week riding 750km in France, not a single squeak was heard. It is fantastic to find a bike shop that is so determined to satisfy its clients.

Great experience with Beyond Bikes - would highly recommend. I ordered a bicycle for my daughter online, when I went to collect it I was given some great advice that she would outgrow the bicycle I ordered in a short time frame and was shown an alternative which would last longer and was much lighter. My daughter loves the bike and I hugely appreciate the advice - I’ll be back again!
