Nicks in depth knowledge of products in the shop, friendly one to one service to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before leaving the shop all I had to think about was where was my first ride going to be. Ordered a bumper rubber for trek mtb I emailed them as it hadn't arrived which looking back it was my fault as they ordered part in for me from Europe but they got straight back to me answering my query can't ask for much more
