Nick was great from start to finish. He gave me good advice, remained in contact throughout and turned the bike around in short time. Extremely impressed with the range he has in the shop and the knowledge the team had with my chosen model. I had to take a 90 minute journey to the shop a couple of times as they came with a recommendation of a great store to get an Amflow. I’m very pleased I went with the recommendation. Top job Nick ;)

Fantastic service.
Had a few small issues with my Amflow and so decided to bring it in for a service.
Discussed a few options for some upgrades with them and then they were really accommodating- even canibalising a new Levonin the shop to get me the upgraded gearing in the time frame i needed.

I took my brand new TREK bike (bought elsewhere) to BB to address some cabling issues under warranty, and fit a new stem. Both Nick in Sales and Carl in the workshop have been fantastic, getting the work approved by Trek, giving me good advice and completing the work quickly. I highly recommend them.

Workshop fixed my bike. Came across very knowledgeable and very professional.
Advised me about other issues the bike had which they could fix while in the workshop.
Bike shop has a good stock of bikes and components. It’s nice to actually see and touch the items instead of just going by a picture online. All round good experience.
