Friendly helpful service. All enquiries promptly dealt with, and excellent communication. However Observations on the R/A/G reports 1-The rear tyre is too big and has been causing wear to the rear stays. --- The 2.6 tyre is as fitted to the bike from manufacture and supply, I ride in all conditions across a wide variety of surfaces. It is inevitable that the tyres will pick up detritus that will come into contact with the stay arm . 2-The bike came in very clean and we think the customer has been over washing it, a jet wash should never be used- I clean the bike after virtually every ride and dry off and oil. A jet wash has never been used on the bike, it is wasted with a bucket and sponge. I am also aware that you may decline to work on a dirty bike, or charge me, according the bike was fully washed and polished before being submitted for the work

BB have been excellent in sorting out a number of different issues with my new bike bought elsewhere. Excellent fault finding, consideration of options and recommendations. The work has been done quickly and to a high standard. A full detailed invoice is provided. In short I highly recommend this bike shop. Not yet had the opportunity to make any big purchases from their store, but it looks very tempting and their sales team clearly know their ‘stuff’.

Booked my road bike in for an annual service on a Thursday. Phoned to ask if I could drop the bike off late the day before - “No problem”. Before I got home that evening had a message from Carl, the mechanic, advising what needed doing. We talked it through despite it being very close to 6pm. Some parts had to be ordered in and was given an estimate of the following week for collection. Two days later (Friday) got a call to say all work completed. Brilliant service, great communication and a great job. Thanks Carl.

Nick was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to help me find the amflow emtb I was looking for, which are currently very difficult to source in the UK. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Beyond Bikes and will definitely use them again in the future.

You all were very help in advising which tryrestyres were best for my eMTB and fitted them straight away. It has made a huge difference! I think the derailleurs might need re indexing as they clatter a bit bit but it shouldn’t be a problem to resolve. Thank you
