Great set up/ sizing from Nick and the team. When my new bike arrived they spent considerable time getting it set up with all the accessories i needed and ensured the bike was ready to roll and that i fully understood all its features. Good service and customer focus , extensive knowledge and experience you can rely on.

Provided straight forward and easy to understand advice and support. Workshop team have dealt with requests immediately and on the spot. Did take some time to get to know the team, initially felt a bit frosty but suspect they get many visits just to loo and then buy online. Give them time and they really help. Now use all the time.
