I hardly ever write online reviews, preferring to keep my privacy. But Beyond Bikes are worth the exception. I've been a customer for 5 years, and they've always been helpful, accommodating and professional. It's the kind of friendly shop that's better than anonymously shopping on the internet. Their expertise, knowledge and advice can't be replaced by videos and forums. In the end, I've saved money, made informed choices, and ultimately, had more fun.

Nick and the other guys we dealt with were extremely helpful when assisting with our kids mountain bikes. Quickly helping to gauge the correct sizes, then building one of the bikes in the week before we collected. They also carry good stock.

I like everything about Beyond Bikes! They took in my 17year old Ridgeback and returned to me what looked and rode like a brand new bike. They did this in a relaxed, friendly and thoroughly effective way and took only 3 working days about it. Really good customer service experiences are rare these days. Beyond Bikes are very good at fixing bikes but as important they are even better at making a customer feel that s/he made a good decision coming to them!! Thanks guys.

Beyond Bikes is a great shop. The staff always give good advice and leave the you to decide on the options. The maintenance evening is also very useful and very well organized. I learnt lots of useful things.
