I like the fact that I had an issue with my bike, I called, and all of my questions were answered. After taking my bike to you, the bike was not only fixed but fixed very quickly and was able to pick it up the same day. Chandler went above and beyond to help me out. Being disabled, not being able to drive and not owning a vehicle makes me appreciative even more. You guys really hit it out of the park for me and I am greatly appreciative of that. Thank you Chandler for the excellent service.

Service and attention to detail from Mike was outstanding. He went I thought above and beyond explaining to me what needed to be fixed on my bike and my daughter's bike. He called me when he said he would and explained that he could fix my bike that day and I could take it home. He also talked with my daughter and offered a complete assessment of the damage to her bike. Her parts needed to be ordered. Also that he would call her when it was ready to pick up. I'm giving Mike a big shout out, a thank you and a gold star. My experience was great.

I've been in the market to buy a new road bike. I currently have a Trek Duel Sport Hybrid bike. I haven't had a road bike for 20 years. Mike helped me. He listened to what I was wanting, a light weight, fast but comfortable for long rides bike with electronic shifting. I wanted it in a two tone viper red. He took proper measurements and sized me for the right size bike. He ordered me a Trek Domane SL7. Took about a month to get. When the bike arrived, had it assembled. He took the extra time and fit my body frame for proper seat height, reach, etc. He went over all the features and benefits and answered all my questions. Ive rode the bike twice now and absolutely love it! Bickels is an outstanding full service bike store. Mike, Tyler, Melinda, Chris, Renee, Edward, and all the staff are outstanding. From sales to service, Bickel's is the place to go. Bickel's stands behind their products and goes the extra mile for service after the sale. I would highly recommend Bickel's Cycling.
