The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer or explain any questions you may have. They are bike enthusiasts. They have a great selection of bikes and provide excellent service after the purchase. Bickel’s has served our family’s bicycle needs for more than twenty years. They are great to work with.

I like the fact that I showed up last minute not realizing they were closed but they still helped me out and got me what I needed .and to add to it they spent extra time to show me some of the new Rambo bikes that I was interested in.even tho they knew I wouldn't be getting one that day.great service for our small town.i wish other local businesses would follow suite with this.thank you Bickels.

The Horizon 7.0 treadmill seems to be a good machine after just using it a couple of times. Really appreciate all of the information on it from Robbie and the friendly and trustworthy advice about the purchase and use/maintenance. The installation of it and the removal of the old one was also done quickly and efficiently by Robbie and Mike. Looking forward to using this machine for quite a while along with any maintained or repair needs from Bickel’s!
