We love the service, friendliness and knowledgeable staff! The owners are super friendly! We have 2 bikes from Bickel’s and will continue to go to Bickels for any future bikes! It’s nice to be able to send our bikes once a year for a inspection and tune up!

We had a great time buying new bikes from Bickles! Everyone was super helpful! Super patient with the kids as well! They did an amazing job fitting us with the right bike for what we wanted to do and getting us all the proper accessories and safety equipment for the kids! I would rate these guys an 11 out of 10!!!

Mike was extremely helpful during my visit. Not only did I get to "test drive" the bike, he highly recommended that I take it out for a spin! He helped me choose the right bike, and outfitted it with the accessories I desired without pressure. My experience took us past closing time, but Mike assured me that it was fine and was very friendly in the process. I am absolutely thrilled with my new Trek and will be recommending Bickel's in the future!
