I went in as a tourist from Michigan. They treated me like family. I had a small adjustment that needed to be made on my pedal because my foot was binding instead of releasing, always dangerous on a road bike. They fixed it without asking for any money in the process. That made me want to purchase something which I did. I then wanted help to find a decent ride. They set me up there as well and they let me park my car in their lot and do a quick 30 mile ride. You can tell that customer service is their trademark and a bicyclist's friend. I will remember this place and definitely come back as I have a sister that lives here that I come to see.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer or explain any questions you may have. They are bike enthusiasts. They have a great selection of bikes and provide excellent service after the purchase. Bickel’s has served our family’s bicycle needs for more than twenty years. They are great to work with.

I like the fact that I showed up last minute not realizing they were closed but they still helped me out and got me what I needed .and to add to it they spent extra time to show me some of the new Rambo bikes that I was interested in.even tho they knew I wouldn't be getting one that day.great service for our small town.i wish other local businesses would follow suite with this.thank you Bickels.
