The products and services are outstanding.
Better yet, the folks who work there, listen carefully to my questions. Both about riding technique and other products. I just bought a great speedometer yesterday and it turned out to be on sale!
I bought an electric bike (pedal assist) last year from Bicycle Barn. I've found new freedom in riding like I did when I was a kid, at my tender age of 76.
I highly recommend the Bike Barn for all you Bike needs!

Kevin is awesome. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us through purchasing the right bikes. The only thing I would have negative to say is that we bought some pretty expensive e-bikes. I was a bit disappointed that mine had a scratch on the back fender and when I noted it there was no offer to make it right.
We brought my back in the next day as a screw was missing that holds the radar sensor in place. They did not fix it because they don’t have screws that size and told us to get a screw at L&G and fix it ourself. Service department could brush up on their customer service skills for sure.
