The staff at Bicycle Barn went above and beyond to find and order the special tire tube for my grandsons bike. It may have taken a while to get it, but I was smart and took in the bike before I needed it fixed right away. You could not get any better service in Walla Walla from anywhere else. I also thought it was going to cost me a arm and leg to pay for the tire tube and the labor. But heck no! I was shocked of the cost. I even asked them if the amount they charged me was correct. My grandson loved the way the bike handled and was pretty darn happy. Thank you Bicycle Barn for your great service staff. You can see how much they love working there. Blessings, Cindi Caughron

It’s my first time taking my bike to get serviced. My son stated a concern to me cause his breaks were not working soo I heard they serviced bikes there soo I went there. They were professional and gave me the estimated time it would take. They were friendly and they fixed it and my son was excited to ride it home to try it out. He was grateful! Thank you.

Had a great experience, picking out a new bike for my wife. She got the test ride few bikes out the she liked and then afterwards they were even were able to sneak us in for a service getting to get the tires switched over to tubeless tires.
