Kevin is awesome. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us through purchasing the right bikes. The only thing I would have negative to say is that we bought some pretty expensive e-bikes. I was a bit disappointed that mine had a scratch on the back fender and when I noted it there was no offer to make it right.
We brought my back in the next day as a screw was missing that holds the radar sensor in place. They did not fix it because they don’t have screws that size and told us to get a screw at L&G and fix it ourself. Service department could brush up on their customer service skills for sure.

I really like the Bicycle Barn. I bought a Trek mountain bike in 2021. I love their friendly and fast service, especially when they know I’m an inpatient person. Fast forward 4 years and I bought another Trek mountain bike from them. I could have bought a cheap bike from Amazon or Walmart but why be cheap. The Trek brand is a major brand in the UCI MTB racing and their quality is top notch. I would rather support a local business anyway. I highly recommend the Bicycle Barn. They are truly amazing.

The staff at Bicycle Barn went above and beyond to find and order the special tire tube for my grandsons bike. It may have taken a while to get it, but I was smart and took in the bike before I needed it fixed right away.
You could not get any better service in Walla Walla from anywhere else. I also thought it was going to cost me a arm and leg to pay for the tire tube and the labor. But heck no! I was shocked of the cost. I even asked them if the amount they charged me was correct. My grandson loved the way the bike handled and was pretty darn happy. Thank you Bicycle Barn for your great service staff. You can see how much they love working there.
