I made the rounds of LBS’ when I first arrived in the area before finally settling on Bob’s. I found their mechanics seasoned and knowledgeable, their gear selection is great, and they are customer focused. They have regularly taken the time to listen to me describe an issue I’m having w/my bike. Most importantly, I have never been sold a repair that wasn’t necessary and it’s that honesty that elevates Bob’s.

Bob and his team members are courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The shop carries a good range of products that appear carefully selected by people who actually ride bikes. Maintenance / repair service is competent, and - in my opinion - reasonably priced.

We went into the shop to look at bikes that would fit my wife's needs and found an excellent model with the help of an emlployee, Domone. We were treated well, everytime we asked for a modification to the bike it was done while we waited. The electric pedal assist bike we bought is excellent. (But expensive.)
