Vary happy with the purchase and service of my Velectrix Ascent X from the Bicycle Centre, Caloundra. They made the sale process very easy, and the bike came back from the recent free service after 1000km looking brand new, and with a new drop down seat post replaced under warranty due to a broken cable. The Velectrix is my first E bike and seems to be good value. It goes well on the trail. I'm 172cm tall and I find it to be a bit too high even though it is the smaller frame. The other issue is that on the lowest power setting, I only get about 70km even though the display shows 90km range.
