After test riding many brands from many different dealers I settled on the Trek Checkpoint. However, wasn’t really a fan of any of the colors on the size of bikes that fit me. Connor from bicycle centers in Everett found a color scheme I liked on a bike they had not yet assembled. He said if I could come back in a day or two they would have it assembled. No obligations. He called later that day and said it was ready for a test drive. Grey with blue and black trim. It feels solid and smooth and shifts great. It’s now mine. The staff was knowledgeable and the mechanic installed some accessories while I waited. Highly recommend!

Great experience getting my mountain bike repaired and ready to ride. With new brakes and brake bleed and a new dropper post, my mountain bike is in the best shape it's been in a long time, probably since before I got the bike! Great job with the repairs, keeping informed throughout the process, and they helped me pay only for what I needed, not overcharging. If you need your bike repaired, take here!

Staff is always very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the operation of their products. No high pressure sales and always give excellent service when getting repairs. Have been visiting this location for the past 10 years and there doesn't seem to be a high turnover among the staff which makes one feel the employees are happy to work there.
