Maddox at the silver lake store was the first to greet us when we went shopping for a bicycle for our teenage son who was getting in to mountain biking. He was very knowledgable and explained all the options available asking questions from our son as to what he was interested in to tailor or customize the answers he provided as well as the suggestions for a bicycle that would suit our sons needs. Our son test rode the bicycle when Maddox offered he option and was satisfied. The silver lake facility checked for the color options and found an exact match that was already assembled on the floor in the Everett store. We ended up purchasing the bike at the Everett store and wanted to thank the silver lake store and Maddox for the awesome customer service provided that made the decision making to purchase the bike so much easier.
I have been to many bike shops over the years and this was by far the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond and were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a bike in mind and they showed me other options they personally loved and it helped my decision making go so smooth. I will be back for our next bike!
I needed some advice on some new tires for my mountain bike. Kristy explained what they offered and gave some great advice. Later I called with questions about how to mount the directional tread. Great advice. Very helpful
I have purchased my last three bikes from Bicycle Centers. The first one was around 2003 and 2005. I still have the Specialized that I bought in 2005. In 2024 I purchased a Trek electric assist bike ...love it I haven't had too many issues but Bicycle Centers has been very helpful over these 26 years .
Great staff. Great service. Everyone is very, very, helpful. A lot of long-time employees as well as children of staff now in the workforce. Just a nice local shop. I do wish they had a larger, in-store inventory of parts and accessories but I understand that inventory is expensive.
