Service and attention to our needs was excellent. From the moment that we walked into the Everett store, Mckella offered to help and showed an in-depth knowledge of all the brands and options. We appreciate the follow-on service too, including shipping the bike to the Snohomish store which is much closer to our home.

good service overall. Employees seem to knowledeable and capable and bike repair is typically well done. That said, would like to see more tranparency in the cost of repairs. We've had some very expensive bills that seem borderline unreasonable in terms of price.
