I was very satisfied with the explanation for the bike I decided to purchase, and the general discussion of riding style and features that would suit my needs best. There was no pressure on what bike to purchase, or that "store style" that may exist in other bike centers I've experienced. The employees were willing to build a bike based on a close-out sale I saw online, but a fully assembled bike (Giant) was the right choice after test riding two similar bikes. One of the discussions also involved around future updates, repairs, and care that can be provided from the store, I was able to learn more about dimensions and braking systems I was aware of but not fully educated upon. In addition, I enjoyed having the opportunity to point out quality welds found on bike frames due to my own background in metal fabrication. Overall, Bicycle Centres of Everett suited all my needs for a bike as well as ski equipment rental and I 100% will return and recommend others to check out the store!
