Affordable prices, very good selection and the staff is very kind, welcoming and helpful! Definitely my go to place for bicycle repair, parts and accessories.
Friendly and knowledgeable workers. Didn’t try to oversell on repairs and the estimate quoted was reasonable for what was being repaired. Would come back and recommend to family and friends.
Bought an e-bike for me and the wife. The staff st the Everett shop were extremely helpful in answering questions. Allowing us to test ride the bikes was a huge plus. The shop carried the bikes I was interested in.
An unplanned stop at Everett store on my way to Bellingham led to a conversation with Connor, a young associate passionate about all things mountain biking and snowboarding. Before leaving, he pointed me towards a Lib Tech Orca board and suggested I speak with his colleague David, the snowsports expert, during the week. I managed to ring him, whom to my pleasant surprise, really took the time and trouble to share his views. These two encounters left a lasting impression. I was back in the shop a week later chatting with David in person. He patiently talked me through the various boards, riding style and terrain. This man knows his stuff! I very happily picked up a Gnu Gremlin and a set of Bent Metal Transfers. David and Connor are a credit to the Bicycle Centres of Everett, giving off an amazing local bike/snowboard shop vibe. Am super envious of the Everett folk for having a gem in their town, and would look to support the family-owned business a heck of a lot more if I didn’t live in Singapore!
The team at Bicycle Centres of Everett is extremely helpful in every respect, from parts and service to new bikes and bike fitting. I would never go anywhere else.
I screwed up and accidentally opened the hydraulic reservoir on my brakes, necessitating a bleeding of my front brakes. To make things worse, I was leaving the next morning for a race. I called them up and they were able to squeeze me in that same afternoon. They definitely saved my bacon.
Kristi was amazing. So incredibly knowledgeable and knew how to treat a mature woman who is an avid cyclist in need of a new high-end bike. If the first sales person was the only one available I would have left. He was not listening to me (I’ve cycled seriously for 47 years - I know what is implant to me!) and was condescending. All bike sales people could learn a Lot from Kristi
