The staff at Bicycle Centres of Everett is always amazing. Specifically, Connor and Holden. They spent an enormous amount of time helping us pick the right equipment for our family. Their attention to detail was impeccable and you could tell they were recommending products that fit what we were looking for before anything else.
No pretense, just nice people helping out. Came in with a problem left with a solution fairly quickly. Even had to come back and the guys helped me seat one of the tubeless tires I could not get seated myself.
We've been taking our ebikes there for years and have always been treated great. Friendly service, fair prices and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Friendly and knowledgeable sales and service people. I had a bike for 23 years and it was time to let it go and get a new one. They helped me find the closest model to what I’d previously ridden because my bike was sorely outdated. They listened to all of the reasons I’d kept that bike for so long and I’m confident that my replacement bike will be with me for another 20 years. It was hard to say goodbye, but I’m excited to get on the road with my new one.
They listened to my description of what i needed and made a serious effort to put me on the correct bike, without trying to upsell me, and accessories so that i could safely take my ride down logging roads that weekend.
Called at 10 AM with "bike emergency"...broken brakes on my son's bike, his only source of transportation for work and personal use. They were able to squeeze me in, fix it and other issues noted, by 5 PM. Amazing service. So appreciated.
It takes me an hour to drive to you and there are quite a few closer bike shops, but I value your friendly, non rushed, and professional service. You do what you say you're going to do and you do it when you say you'll do it and then, to cap it all off, you communicate well.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, service was quick. I appreciated them taking the time to explain what service was completed and what they did as well as their perspective on use and maintenance of the bike.
