I’m from Pennsylvania. Did my entire order set up delivery and purchase over the phone with Dan? I was buying a bicycle as a gift things were seamless. It was delivered on time when they said they would deliver it. The person that received the gift was extremely happy as the bike was everything that was stated online and the person that showed them how to use it and worked the controls was very helpful.

How great to have a professional, well-stocked bike shop in our community. I rolled in my 20-year old bike looking for new tubes and tires. Dan walked out from behind the counter to welcome me, and together we picked out the best tires for the kind of riding I do. I left the bike and within 90 minutes was back to pick it up, new tubes and tires in place and ready to go. While in the store I saw another customer getting good guidance on selecting an e-bike, and another mechanic was finishing up assembling a "beginner" bike for a very young rider. This new location of a long-time community bike shop is working out well for everyone. It is resources like Bicycles Centers that makes our part of the region a great place to live and work.

I had a fantastic experience at Bicycle Centres of Silverlake! I was looking to transition from my hybrid electric bike to my very first road bike (X-Lab RS7), and Justin made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was highly knowledgeable, patient, and completely low pressure. He focused on giving me the guidance and detailed information I needed to make the right choice rather than trying to make a quick sale. It is a wonderful place to shop, and I highly recommend asking for Justin if you want an honest, informative, and supportive buying experience!
