As always, great customer service. I have special cranks from England due to mobility issues. Unfortunately my crank attached to one of my pedals broke. Ryan was awesome. He went to a hardware store and purchased replacement parts to repair the crank. That’s going above and beyond expectations. I’ve received this level of service and help consistently over the years. Ryan made the difference this time. My last visit wasn’t good because the mechanic did a poor job and made a bone-head mistake. Ryan took the time to talk to me, follow up, and solve the problem. It left a good taste in my mouth. I’ll give them another shot and I still want the to be my favorite bike shop.

Had a wonderful online purchase experience mainly because of Mitchell at BC of Silverlake/Everett! Found 2 bikes for my wife and I at this location, which is about 3.5 hours away from me. Called the BC of Silverlake/Everett location and got Mitchell. Gave him the information on the bikes and after a short hold, was told he had them and would place them aside for me after I made payment. After several attempts due to my banking information, I was finally able to make payment. During the whole process, Mitchell was very patient and understanding, his attention to my purchase from start to finish was commendable. Thank you for making this purchase so smooth. I appreciate your level of customer service and will reach out when it comes time for other bike purchases for my family as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

When I arrived to get my E-bike repaired, not only did the people who helped me (Sadly I don't remember the names) made an unfamiliar interaction easy and helpful to a first impression, but they also were informative and straight to the point. The price for it was also cheap for me to afford making it a great service for future. I hope to visit the next time I have bike troubles!
