We are not bicycle enthusiasts but rather needed to keep our kiddo active this summer with a muscular condition. Employees were welcoming, helped us narrow down what e-bike was going to be best for him, did not make us feel pressured and gave appropriate space to make choices. Helped load us up with care! Recommend 1000%, however for privacy reasons cannot post a review publicly as much as I’d like to. Thank you!

I got a fair price for good service and quick turnaround time, no complaints. I actually think they could have upcharged me if they'd wanted to like some bike shops would. The service advice for the near future when I am likely to need new parts installed, as well as the service actually performed were both excellent. Also the new shop is nice. Not as big as the one on Evergreen but more of a pure bike shop vibe. Cool spot and welcome addition to the Everett bike scene.
