Great technicians. Very knowledgeable and very honest communicating unnecessary “fixes” (and spending) and suggesting alternative investments that are more impactful as a bike owner. They are extremely good at educating consumers about features and products. I like and trust Jesse and will continue to return for maintenance, accessory purchases and new bikes in future.

We walked in with my son's bike because the chain has been falling off when changing into 1st gear. They diagnosed the problem but could not fix immediately due to other work already being scheduled. However they very quickly put us on the schedule, and in the meantime fixed his tire which I requested. They also replaced a broken reflector without me asking or charging us. Entire staff was very polite and friendly, who clearly take pride in doing a good job. Highly recommend

I appreciate the welcoming greeting as I walked in and the prompt service. The only suggestion is it would be nice if you installed a bike rack out front. I rode to your store and there really isn't a good place to park and lock a bike.
