Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very low turnover, so you get to know the staff after a while. Good selection of bikes and accessories. I've been going to Bicycle Centers for 25 years and always come away with my bicycle problem solved or need met.

I liked the amazing customer service, the person who helped us was patient, answered all our questions, and let us make an informed decision. Thanks for letting us test ride the bike and take the time to decide on the bike. I was surprised by the prices, they were the same online which I wasn't expecting. They had some nice options from mid to high end bikes which helped us to test them out and decide. Thanks for the great experience, we enjoyed shopping for a new bike for our daughter!

Bought my Aventon Level 3 at the Silver Lake location. Friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Returned to get only a minor adjustment on the bike after 100 miles and was able to get right in & have a look over before heading out on a month long trip that the bike will be used alot. Both Everett & Silver Lake Bicycle Centers have been our go to repair, accessory & purchase place. Always giving options for whatever our bicycle needs are.
