Greeted me kindly. After admitting I knew zero about ebikes, quickly needing hardware to secure my front tire. All were patient, understanding, and gave ne a ton of great information. Glad I found the place to service my eBike for next 40+ yrs. Service was SO good @ Silver Lake location, I've already decided it's irrelevant that this store is gonna be moved further from where I live. Y'all got my business and family's business into perpetuity.

This was my first visit to Bicycle Centres of Silverlake, and from the moment I walked in the door, they were very attentive and helpful, while being very low pressure, which I greatly appreciate! Additionally, I had them fix my kids bike, which they did a great job on, and at a very fair price. Thank you, Bicycle Centres! You have earned my business.

Staff's knowledge and expertise. And their willingness to take the time to 1) understand what the customer really wants and 2) to go to great lengths to find out how to meet those wants. I've been a customer for ~15 years and have always come away thinking "This is an exceptional bike shop!"
