Extremely helpful staff. I went to the Everett location thinking that the Silverlake one was permanently shut. I had help there selecting bikes for my kids. There were no issues with me deciding to go to the new Silverlake location and continuing the purchase there. The staff were really great with the kids when they came in to ensure they were sized correctly.

Nice and friendly service! Took my road bike in for a couple of small repairs and they got on it right away, then texted me when it was done which is greatI We'll be shopping there again since we're moving about three miles away. -Kevin

Will is knowledgeable, a good communicator, and isn’t there to rip you off with unnecessary repairs or parts replacements. Will let me know that my bike will need future maintenance work, but in the meantime, he made a few adjustments to my derailleur, etc, then gave some advice on how to keep my bike in shape for a while until I can afford to bring the bike back in.
