Will is knowledgeable, a good communicator, and isn’t there to rip you off with unnecessary repairs or parts replacements. Will let me know that my bike will need future maintenance work, but in the meantime, he made a few adjustments to my derailleur, etc, then gave some advice on how to keep my bike in shape for a while until I can afford to bring the bike back in.

Rear hub malfunctioning. Team had me in and out in 20 minutes. Warranty repair, so no charge. 6 month check up performed during the same visit. All in all great experience! Thank you!
