I wanted to get a different seat for my bike. Stop by the store, which is 10 minutes from my house and they had a couple of seats to choose from. I was able to bring my bike inside the store , they removed the old seat, put on the seat, paid for it and left.

The lady that assisted my wife and I was exceptional. She explained the different bicycles for our grandchildren very well and talked to our grandchildren in a way that they could understand. . She was patient with our grands and allowed them to test the bikes were considering. She represented Bicycle Cove very well.
