I went into the store the first time Saturday afternoon looking for cross country skis. Laurie listened to what I was planning, quickly explained and educated me on different skis and her recommendation. Never pressured but offered her experience in describing the skis, boots and poles. The service was quick, pleasant, and overall good experience.
