The Bike Doc offers a wide range of products, from entry-level to expert. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is typically very quick, especially if booked in advance. My family has purchased bikes, skis, and miscellaneous gear from the Bike Doc and - as long as I live in this part of Wisconsin - I will not go anywhere else.

You can get gear lots of places. What sets The Bicycle Doctor apart from most is the great service staff. They ask a lot of questions, and apply their product knowledge to get gear that suites your specific needs and fits you best. They welcome return visits if anything needs fine tuning, and provide that with positivity...not like it is an inconvenience. They work for far more than a sale...they earn client loyalty by delivering quality service and really nice gear.
