Friendly, helpful staff. Due to my husband's physical limitations he was unable to transport his recumbent trike. He needed a place to store it that was close to the Glacial Drummond Trail. Kyle set up a plan for him and made it possible for him to continue to ride. The trail is right next to the shop. In addition, it's a beautiful shop with everything a biker could want.

We stopped at bicycle doctors on May 7th based on a referral from our son-in-law. Everyone there was so helpful. They fitted my husband for a great trek bike that is a hybrid. They took the time to help us find a good helmet and make some adjustments before we headed out the door. I would highly recommend bicycle doctor to anyone looking for attentive service, great bike selection and an awesome staff!

Great location= literally 20 feet off the Glacial Drumlin Trail in scenicDousman, WI. Nice selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a spacious building with places to sit (inside and out) along with a small “mini bar” with cold canned beverages from the cooler case and 1 specialty beer ON TAP!

The team did a great job bringing my older bike back to riding shape. They went above and beyond to find parts that worked (hard to find parts for older bikes) and made sure I understood what was going on.
