The staff was very friendly and approachable. I have not owned a bike in quite some time and found a used bike that they were able to fix up and explain the pieces that needed to be replaced. They offered to assist with bringing out my bike to my car and I just found the overall environment very welcoming. I will absolutely be back and refer in the future.

We had 2 bike tune-ups. Check-in was excellent, very friendly and accommodating service tech! Checkout however was little rough, rep wasn't as friendly or accommodating (maybe he was just having a bad day)? Very happy with work preformed, overall great experience at Bike Dr.
