I stopped in because I had a new rear shock I needed installed on my Trek Fuel EX mountain bike. Not only did they install it, they did it within the same day! Incredible customer service and I will be returning anytime I need work done on the bike.

The Bicycle Doctor is my version of a candy shop. I love the business and the employees. Even if the bike repair guys sometimes don't remember me, they always remember my bike and treat it with the appropriate bedside manner.

Trek dealer, so superior product line! I bought my e-bike there and they have provided me with outstanding post-purchase support. This includes not only adjustments to my bike, but actually storing it for me over the winter! What?? Staff are SO friendly. I just like hanging out there! They are passionate about the biking/skiing lifestyle. Love it!
