I had a bike fitting. I have ridden my road bike for about two years now and felt that I needed a little bit more of an adjustment. They took the time to look at me from head to toe. My form needed adjusting and so did my cleats.

I had a bike fitting with Kyle that went very smoothly. The Bike Doctor team noticed the rear derailleur was skipping and the tires were balding. They scheduled the bike for service and returned my bike in great condition, a week ahead of schedule.

Kyle and Eric were very kind to help me. My Trek FX Sport 6 bike is coming up on one year old. Kyle helped me make some riding form adjustments and a new saddle to take pressure off my arthritic wrists. Eric helped me select more comfortable riding shoes. The gentleman in service adjusted my handlebar grips to a better wrist-friendly position. All of this as a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. This is exactly why I shop the Dousman "Doctor" store. Thank you!

We came to the store as total greenhorns and were very unsure of ourselves. The Bike Doctors were welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and very personable. We both felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the whole process of purchasing our first e-bike.
