Came in to look at the Kuat bike rack and the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He actually put one on our car so we could see how it sat and folded up and down and put a bike on it so we could see how easy that was. We didn’t think we’d be coming home with a bike rack but we just left it on the car and went in and paid for it And very glad we did.
