Everyone always goes out of their way to accommodate you and answer every question imaginable. What I can't get over is the fact that they volunteer so much information without even being asked! Oh without a decision tp make, LOL. The other day I asked my wife what would we do without this shop given it's extraordinary deep knowledge, skills, and ability to deliver for customers. It's a very good place to be and I hope more people become part of their loyal customer base.

I was looking for a bike rack that would fit my wife's e-bike and the salesman showed and measured several bike racks until we found the right one. He demonstrated how easy it was to install the rack and then to secure the bike to the rack.

Most bike shops suck. Not this one. I’ve had 10+ bikes roll through their facility for various needs: new builds, vintage restoration, or just plain problems. The whole team is authentic, warm, inclusive, and welcoming - basically the things that most bike shops are NOT. They take the time to explain issues or challenges and communicate well. In addition to the welcoming atmosphere, the skill-level and expertise is BEST-IN-CLASS - not only do they have the tech chops, they can give your bike a ‘glow-up’ that makes you look back at it every time you finish a ride….
