I needed a new seat post for my mountain bike along with some other maintenance work. The shop tech was quick to note the unusual mounting angle of my seat. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out a replacement seat post that better fit my preferred ride height. But here is the best part: Instead of just replacing my seat post and remounting my bicycle seat, he measured the angle I had my seat set to before taking things apart, so he could mount my seat just the way I like it on the new seat post. That attention to detail and care for the customer really stood out. The other work I had done was also completed well and everyone I encountered was helpful and welcoming. This reinforces prior good experiences I have had here. I’ve found my go-to bike shop.

The tuneup of my bike was perfect.

My tire popped and we were 6 mi away from our car. It was a miracle that the flat happened right by the bicycle shop! We went in and they were able to take us right away and fix the tire and tell us what was wrong with it. They were great!

I’ve used the service department multiple times since the new owners have taken over Bicycle Doctor, and each time it has been a very positive experience. The employees are very pleasant and professional, and their work is always first rate. I would strongly recommend Bicycle Doctor for bike service of any kind.

Just about everything. Eric was very helpful answering our questions. He even help putting our bike rack on our car. The location, adjacent to the Glacier Drumline trail is perfect for testing various bikes. Thanks much, we really enjoyed the experience and look forward to using my new e-bike.
