I love my Trek Alant 7 e bike that I bought from Bicycle Garage. Fred helped me set it up and I always feel I am in good hands with bringing it back in for routine maintenance or problems

First time customer and I will always go back for anything needed! The staff were extremely helpful and kind! Very professional, had me in and out quickly and were able to fix the bike right on the spot! I was expecting to drop off and come pick up in a few days. Will def be going back for all my bike needs!

Oh! Before I even received this survey, I’ve been raving about you guys to everyone! Super helpful and non-judgemental. I’ve been to bike shops that if you didn’t have some fancy expensive bike, you weren’t given the same treatment. And I LOVE the new location!!!! Right on the B-line!!! I’ll be stopping by regularly. If you start renting a variety of fun bikes, when my friends come to visit they can ride with me!

Communication was great with the assembly of my bike. When I came in to pick up the bike everyone was very polite and helpful. The bike was put together impeccably and I was give a tour on it and how to use it.
