I just ordered a pair of tires through BGI. When I went in to the downtown store yesterday to pick them up, I was really impressed with the guy working there. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He sold me some rim tape. The time before that when I was at BGI’s downtown store, I bought some lights and a floor pump. I had a good experience then, too.
