They did a great job repairing my bike after I was struck by a car while riding. They took their time to complete an assessment of repair with a detailed description of the inspection, which I provided to the insurance company for reimbursement. My bike looks as good as new.

I’ve been to a lot of Bike Shops in Indianapolis, including several different Bicycle Garage locations and in my opinion the Roosevelt Ave shop is by far the best bike shop in town . Every time I go there I’m immediately greeted at the door and with in seconds the tech and manager are looking over my bike , making suggestions and then jumping on getting my bike repaired . From experience I know this type of customer service is just not typical so gotta believe you have just terrific management at this store that I truly appreciate . Thank you so much ! Service at Bicycle Garage Indy Roosevelt Ave is excellent. They ordered a replacement rear rack for me when my old one broke. As soon as it arrived, they called me in for installation. Excellent work all around.
