I am very glad that the repair technicians will help me with a simple warranty repair as I need it done, which is a HUGE help as cycling is my main means of transportation. All of the staff at Roosevelt are great to work with and call out to me when I come in the store, which helps me feel welcomed, since I did by my Bicycle from them. When I need to consider a new purchase, I like how the staff listens to my needs and priorities which often include costs and help match me up to exactly what I need. That really helps me a lot as I am new to commuting cycling. I grew up on a farm with BMX bikes, so commuting with bicycles in a large city has been a whole new experience for me. Even when I am having an occasional problem with my bicycle, I can always feel better about knowing that when I get to BGI Roosevelt, that they will get me taken care of as soon as reasonably possible. That's all I ever ask of anyone that I am doing business with.

As someone that is new to cycling, I always appreciate how helpful everyone is at BGI. Whether it’s popping in to get gloves or a phone holder, new pedals, a tune up, or new tires, they have been immensely helpful! Shout out to Victor!!
