I had a bunch of questions. The staff was super knowledgeable and patient, answering everything I threw at them. They were really helpful and gave me great advice. I have been using their services for over 5 years+ I have been struggling as a biker for door dash and they always treat me like family I couldn't be able to pay off what they fixed for my bike however since the day came that I needed my bikes fixed they was worried for me and knew how much work I really put in and they still helped me and yes debt of my bike was paid off I was touched with so much kindness from them I recommend everyone to go get their bikes fixed from them every time I'm dashing

Tony was amazing! I had something back ordered and was a bit frustrated and when it came in, one of the technicians (not sure if it was Tony but Tony handled all the correspondence with me, regardless, everyone is great) worked late to get it done. Absolutely amazing!

Everyone I encountered while at the downtown location was very helpful. I haven't bought a bike in many years and haven't rode one in over 12 years. They did a great job helping me find the right bike for my needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bike or needing their bike serviced.
