I received service immediately upon walking into BGI. I had an appointment, which I booked on line, and that was easy too. The sales person was able to assess my bike, give me a quick estimate, and let me know they would call when the bike was ready. About 3 days later, the call came and I picked my bike up just as easily. I'm a 65 year old lady, and I really appreciated the salesperson helping me put my bike in my car!!
