The service department was very speedy and courteous and the communication system (call and text) was appreciated. More over, Clay was superb at helping me find a shoe that is already working so well for me. I've tried unsuccessfully all year, through many different sources, to find a shoe replacement. Clay listened extremely well to the set of parameters I had and helped me select a great Lake model. (The 2 rides I've had with them have been fantastic.)

There’s a good selection of bikes and if they don’t have what you want, they will help you find it somewhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. The staff spends time explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand.

Was looking for a replacement rim to fit my 12 speed Di2 system, as had a cracked rim & was having difficulty finding one quickly. So at 1pm I stopped at BGI service to inquire. Not only did they have a rim, but confirmed it could be installed before closing at 7pm. I was thrilled when the install was done by 2:45pm! The tech also adjusted the shifter & disc brakes-- everything works perfectly. Thank you, BGI! You exceeded my expectations & was able to ride.
