Friendly service guy; very quick service to fix my bike tube

Mechanics communicated bike repairs needed and why. Estimated costs and time needed to complete were communicated with promise date. All interactions were respectful and informative given most customers have limited bike knowledge. Store and repair area very neat and orderly. Lots of inventory on hand to touch and feel. No shopping the internet needed when you can see exactly what you’re buying at BGI. Best bike shop in Indianapolis!

Connie gave my son a bike lesson and it went so well. She is very patient and her process really works. We will come back for more lessons and recommend to anyone having trouble teaching their kids on their own!

I was there for a bike repair. The person that helped me was nice and knowledgeable. He took great care in arranging to fix my bike. I am 69 years old; yes, I still ride a bike, a cruiser. I really appreciated that he offered to load it into my car after the repair. I got service with a smile.
