I live out of town but am Indy frequently. I received a gift that needed to be exchanged for a different size, but it was out of stock in the northside store. The individual who assisted me checked with the southside store and made arrangements for the correct size to be sent. I was given an approximate time that would take, and a phone call was received when the new size arrived. The exchange was easy and all the staff were friendly and helpful! What a cool store, too.
