I’ve worked with several employees there, in different areas/departments. All have been very helpful and able to answer questions or find that person who could if they couldn’t. Very satisfied with overall services provided. Only have one complaint, lack of helpful attention when picking up my ebike purchase. No one was there that OFFERED a go over of my ebike and what was packed in Go! bag.

You have a great variety to choose from that should fit anybody's needs. And you have excellent employees who are happy to help. Abby helped me at the Michigan road store and found me a bike at the 82nd Street store that fit perfectly for my needs.
