My husband took his bike in because he was having problems with the rear wheel.
We bought our bikes in March 2024, rode them until November 2024.
When my husband started riding it in June of this year he noticed the issue.

BGI didn’t have the high flow presta valves I needed in stock. The guys in the service department were able to find the correct valves and order them online for me and I had them 5 days later.
You have a wide selection, professional staff very well organized store and service was fantastic. I was very impressed when I walked in for the first time. This is my first serious bike purchase and it was a good experience for me. Looking forward to being part of this community.
