I went during the spring tent sale to purchase a new mountain bike, and the employee who worked with me was from the service team. He was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to talk with me about bike options, as well as a new bike rack. He also walked me through some basic setup/maintenance for the bike. I had to order the bike as it was out of stock, but delivery to the store was quick. Upon pickup, the sales associate helped make some adjustments to fit my build and riding style, and answered some remaining questions. A great experience overall!
