I really appreciate the knowledgeable service department. I consider it the best in Indy starting at the top with Mark Degunya at the North store for my bike service. I also buy fitness equipment for my apartment developments nationwide which Tom McMannis, Joey Antico and Paul Crimmins have been a very professional partner that makes my job easier. I wish I had more suppliers/vendors that were as good as BGI.

I purchased my treadmill from BGI because the company has a good reputation, the salesman seemed very knowledgeable of the equipment and the fact that BGI has their own service staff.
The two young men who installed the treadmill were very friendly, professional and efficient.
Once they left I did notice an area with a small spot on the upright where the finish had been marred and touched up. Additionally, the "Lube Belt" alert came on at startup. I called the service # and James returned my call promptly. I asked whether I needed to lubricate the machine since I assumed that would have been done prior to installation. I was assured that that was not necessary and that the reset was probably overlooked. I tried to perform the reset with James on the line according to the instructions in the manual without success. James scheduled Ben to come out the following day.
Ben gave me a lot of good information and answered all of the many questions I asked. He was able to reset the alert with a procedure different from the one in the owners manual. He said the owners manual that came was for a prior release of the 7.4 AT and he did not think the new manuals were available as of yet. That seems a little odd to me.
Additionally, when I pointed out the marred spot he did say he was aware that our machine came like that from the manufacturer and offered to replace the upright. I declined the offer, but thought it would have been good to be made aware of the condition at the time of installation.
Overall I am pleased with the purchasing process, installation and support so far. I look forward to using our new treadmill for many years.
Everyone there was very friendly. All of my questions were answered. The salesman showed me all the features of the bike and gave me many options within my desired [LAST NAME REMOVED] range. I was also there to service my son's bike and that was done quickly. The technician that did the work was outstanding.
