We bought two bikes, a Trek and a LIV. Though you were really busy on Friday morning, the attention we received was excellent. Prep of the bikes after purchase was handled with friendliness and skill in my opinion. Special shoutout to Phil in service. Good guy. His help getting the two bikes into our car was really helpful. Got them home with no scratches too!
