I recently purchased a new cyclocross bike for my son at BGI North Store. Beautiful facility with a large selection in stock. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable – and I especially appreciated Adam taking the time to explain the options and guide us toward the right choice. They’re all very professional and Johnny on the spot when you have a question or a concern about your bike. They all seem to like their jobs and the fact that they also sell specialized bikes now is a big plus keep up the good work guys.

Hi quality products with great customer service. I knew very little about bike helmets and what to buy. I was given several options with reasons why each would be what I needed and which ones were not really for my riding style or purpose. Service was quick and super friendly.
