It was the first tent sale for me in several years. Always a schedule conflict. Zoe was very good in answering questions and showing me the e-bikes. I really appreciated her time and patience.
Clayton was amazing! He was so very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right bike for me. I was there during the big sale over the weekend, which was incredibly busy, and he made me feel comfortable about my purchase and gave me all the time I needed. Never felt rushed or pressured.

I'm always greeted on arrival at BGI by someone who offers their help and then takes time to answer any questions I have and give advice when I ask. The knowledge and expertise exhibited by the employees is appreciated, and I feel confident that I am getting exactly what I am looking for and need.
The customer service person Bernie, was knowledgeable in helping me with determining which bike was best for me. As well as answering my concerns. There was no pressure sales, and encouragement to try out bikes to ensure i selected which bike was best for me and what I hope to achieve in bike riding.
