The associate examined my 26 year old bicycle very carefully and explained in detail the issues which needed attention. After the repairs were completed, I was very impressed by with how effortlessly the gears shifted and with the smooth ride the new tires provided. I felt like I had a new bike and am very grateful for the expert service!

I have recently purchased two new bikes from your store, not at the same time. I have had contact with four employees during this process. I have been very pleasantly surprised and impressed with your people. Each was unfailing knowledgeable,helpful, and friendly. My wife and I have recently relocated to this area from the Chicago suburbs. I have been biking for a long time, and I have never experienced anything like your store. The whole experience was one of the most pleasant retail experiences of any type I have ever had! You have two new customers.

Their pricing is in line with anywhere else you would go. Delivery guys were great. We put our treadmill in a difficult to get to room. I offered up bringing it through the window and they were all for it. They made sure not to cause any damage coming through and put down moving blankets to protect the floor and walls. Then tested it out before leaving. Could ask for more.
