Their pricing is in line with anywhere else you would go. Delivery guys were great. We put our treadmill in a difficult to get to room. I offered up bringing it through the window and they were all for it. They made sure not to cause any damage coming through and put down moving blankets to protect the floor and walls. Then tested it out before leaving. Could ask for more.

Todd was so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! i haven’t ridden a bike for years and needed a lot of guidance before making a purchase. He listened to me and made a great recommendation. when I picked up my new bike he even helped load it, sharing more helpful tips as he loaded it in. I was very apprehensive to go into the store thinking the sales people might not appreciate my lack of bike knowledge- but Todd put me at ease right away. At a time when customer service is at an all time low, i was so happy to find a place like BGI and a sales person like Todd. Thank you BGI!! Julie
