Appreciated how my bike was cleaned up. That did not happen the previous time. Also appreciate that the tech was able to bleed out the air in my breaks. That also, did not happen when I complained about the brakes (first tune up after purchasing the bike).

My Ebike needed repair and I was very impressed with BGI’s very professional service department and the service that I received from Oliver. My repairs were done very quickly and very reasonably. I asked for their advice on a good bike rack, and I ended up purchasing a Kuat piston pro rack, and I am an extremely happy with it. BGI is now my go to bike shop for repairs or advice.

Getting a flat tire fixed could not have been easier or more affordable. 15 minutes and around $20.

The staff is very helpful. We purchased a bike rack and they showed us how to put it on and take it off.

BGI always service is the best. They always take care of me and our bikes for as long as I can remeber. Their service guys are top notch, their prices are reasonable, no one better in town in my opinion.
