Absolutely amazing experience

Sam was amazing! My fiancé and I came in to get my old bike fitted for my fiancé. Then he helped me pick out a new bike and get it fitted properly. We had my 2 year old daughter with us and while she behaved for the most part, he was un phased by her antics! I really appreciate the time he spent with us to make sure everything was correct and that we were satisfied. 10/10!!

I’ve worked with several employees there, in different areas/departments. All have been very helpful and able to answer questions or find that person who could if they couldn’t. Very satisfied with overall services provided. Only have one complaint, lack of helpful attention when picking up my ebike purchase. No one was there that OFFERED a go over of my ebike and what was packed in Go! bag.
