Really like your service! Most usually can travel over to BGI North, get in and leave the same day. Especially nice since I live 150 miles miles away. Last visit did not work out in that manner, but am happy!
Brought in a new set of wheels (used for winter / gravel roads) and new tires, tubes, disc rotors plus bike. And bike had not been ridden in over two month due to a nasty fall and, turned out, some damage to the bike. Derailleur was bent, frame had a chip which we first thought may be a crack. BGI tech took extensive notes on what was to done; I received a call from the actual service tech on a problem with my tubeless tires, then another call when everything was completed. There was also a mix-up regarding my tires and Service thought they had lost a couple of tires. They were prepared to offer a gift certificate good for the purchase of two new tires! But was not needed, all tires accounted for!

The selection of bicycles and riding gear is extensive — from quality lower cost items for the casual rider to high-end competition bikes and apparel. It’s hard to “just look around” and not buy something!
Zoe did a wonderful job of working with us while completing the delivery of a Trek Versa 3 Disc that had been on order since July 2020, in January 2021, 6 months after the order was placed. The Global Covid restrictions, delays with small parts suppliers, and the Holidays were cited as reasons for the long delay in delivery . . . which I believe 100% (2020, what a weird year!).
Zoe's product knowledge and patience in sharing the pluses and minuses of a number of accessories of interest was greatly appreciated. We would also like to acknowledge her easy manner and professional demeanor even while working with other clients along side us . . . and no, I'm not Zoe's dad or relative! I've been in sales for over 45 years and think that a great job should be acknowledged.
