I had a flat tire and also asked about routine service. You solved my immediate problem so that I could continue to ride my bike for now while I made a future appointment for the routine service.
The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helped get my problem. I wish you still had your mobile service but that did not diminish how helpful he was.
