Got a bike for my 4 year old daughter yesterday with the help of Sam. Great info for us with her bike and got her exactly what she needs. She loves it and we love it for her! Went back today and my wife and I traded in our bikes for new ones. Rick was amazing and more than happy to help us find 2 bikes with very specific, and almost nonexistent, features. We would have loved to get more for our trade ins, but at the end of the day Rick worked hard to find what we were looking for and we fell in love with not one, but 2, of the exact same bike. Will always return for service and recommend BGI to anyone looking for a bike!
