Buying our Matrix treadmill was definitely a pleasant experience. Kyle, our salesperson was very helpful to us - understanding or different options. Three men who delivered our treadmill and set it up in our basement were very professional. They were polite, took their time, made sure to protect our walls from equipment, as well as the stairs and railing carrying the treadmill down. They also placed a blanket over the floor and stairs to get this monstrosity down. I would consider buying other equipment from BGI if I could have the same delivery experience.

Adam the in store sales person was great. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me find the right treadmill for what I was looking for. He didn't try to pressure me, just explained the options and then let me think about which one I wanted. Then there was the delivery, which was fantastic. The two delivery guys were very friendly, got the treadmill set up in no time and even walked me through how to use it again and they went above and beyond to make sure it was positioned in the optimal way to allow me to move around the room and close the door if needed. This could not have been a better experience and I would 100% shop at Bicycle Garage Indy again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Such a great shop! The service area is so professional and courteous. It’s good to be able to ask questions and deal with such great staff that you don’t feel foolish, no matter the question. BGI has been my store for years and will continue to be!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Bicycle Garage Indy. Toby was fantastic to work with—he really listened as I explained my old cycling habits and made thoughtful, spot-on recommendations without any pressure. When Toby was out, Bernie stepped right in and was an absolute wealth of knowledge and answered every question I through at him.. The whole team made me feel confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for knowledgeable, customer-focused service.
