service center heard my pleas to get back on the road for a scheduled family ride (broken spoke) and worked me in, only charging minimal labor for the spoke and truing. Much appreciated customer service!

Miss Connie is a jewel. Her method of teaching biking is simply impressive. She instilled such confidence in our granddaughter. She rode a mile with her grandfather in the evening after her first lesson. We appreciate Miss Connie! Thank you!

I love how patient George was, and Bernie is a fantastic personable worker. I enjoyed my visits there. The service folks were answering my questions and double checked I have sealant in my tubes. They fitted my seat for me and adjusted the suspension. They were just so wonderful and helped me set up my first brand new bike!!! I am so excited. Thank you BGI.

Very solid bicycle selection, but what I really liked most was the service we got from your sales associate, Bernie Andersen. He worked with my daughter to assess her needs in terms of bicycle type, size, and even configuration. He did this through a combination of asking questions and observing her riding various bikes. Where there were options to choose from, he explained them clearly and showed that he was listening attentively by only offering alternatives that matched our needs and her riding style. He also explained when the bike we selected in her chosen color would arrive at the store and their store hours. When we came to pick up the bike, he watched her ride it and made adjustments to it as needed. Then he also helped us with accessories. I love the fact that I can always depend on BGI to consult with us rather than just selling us a bicycle. Bernie was also very friendly and respectful.
