They stock and will sell a lot of parts that are hard to find elsewhere. I've gone in in a panic looking for shock internal service parts, brake parts, among other things and have had luck finding them there and getting back out to ride asap. They also work on most reputable ebikes and don't treat you like you're bringing in an explosive device when you ask about ebike service.

We were there on a busy Saturday morning but we still got right in. Everyone was very helpful. I was asked by a couple staff members if I had been helped while waiting on my bike to be serviced. I was able to purchase a bell for my bike and they assembled it while also fixing one of my rims. Went out and rode about 15miles with no issues so I think my problem was finally fixed after months of trying to fix it myself!

We came in for a kid’s helmet and Roger (I believe is his name) helped us right away. He measured my son and then gave us a thorough explanation of our options then explained how to make sure it is fitting properly. He made me feel very confident in my purchase and I loved his tips on how to make sure it was fitting right because I am always second guessing myself when I’m putting on my kids’ helmets. Safety first! Thanks for the great customer service!
