The sales staff were both very helpful to my wife and myself in helping us to decide on which bike to buy. They really knew the product and was able to answer all our questions. The service department stayed late after closing time twice to get the bikes ready for us to take home. That was very appreciated.
One one disappointment we had was with the new electric Towie. Two of them had issues which could not be solved.
I’ve bought 5 bikes for the family over the last few years, this was the first e-bike. This recent Specialized was a Vado SL e-bike for my wife. I’d done my homework and what impressed me was the quality of the questions my salesman asked. He made sure this was the bike we needed for our riding habits. Picking up the bike the head mechanic spent 30 minutes getting me up to speed on the app, with tips on battery maintenance and general care. I’m excited to see Specialized added to their lineup, I may be getting a Vado SL for myself! I especially like the Celeste color, a nod to cycling history.

I needed to grab a few things, new pump, chain lube, water bottle. Store layout is made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful.
Great customer service. Had to return an item but there was not a replacement in stock. Part was ordered and was told they will call when the item comes in.
Top notch service! Never pressure to up-sell & very knowledgeable. As a 65 yr old female I l I appreciate all their assistance, as we adjust my bike for the most comfortable ride!
