Stopped in for a more comfortable saddle. I’m new to cycling and had no idea what to look for. Sam was so helpful with advice and really spent a lot of time sharing tips and answering tons of questions. He was approachable and very welcoming to the sport. I’ll be back for a bike upgrade!

Our salesperson Todd was nice and extremely helpful. He explained e-bikes to us, answered all of our questions, helped us choose bikes appropriate for us, made adjustments to the bikes, explained the different types of bike racks, and even helped us load the rack and bikes. His assistance made the whole bike-buying process easy.
