I came in with a small repair for my sons bike. I was planning to leave it and come back whenever it was done. It ended up getting repaired right away and I was able to take it home with me. I appreciated how quickly the issue was diagnosed and then addressed.

Your staff is always courteous and helpful. I came to the store with an unusual request and was quite satisfied with the service. I received a Purdue cycling jersey but already had the same jersey. The staff allowed me to exchange the jersey (for BGI's cost) for another. I happily paid the difference and was very happy with the purchase.
