Sandy was very flexible to address my hesitancy to buy two small trek bikes for my grandchildren whos parents may have squashed the gifts. I purchased and brought them home and my son loved the bikes and allowed the grandchildren to accept the bikes as gift.

Customer Service is what I enjoyed the most! It is rare to find these days! Joe Acheson I believe is the person who I dealt with the times I kept coming in and asking more questions about the e-bike I was thinking about purchasing. I rode it on several different occasions and I never felt any pressure from Joe or didn't feel rushed. He took as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. I went to a couple other bicycle shops in the area but Joe's knowledge about the bikes and his friendly and patient demeanor is what sold me that The Bicycle Garage was where I should purchase my e-bike.

I was a bit nervous going in because I’ve never had to buy stuff for my bike before, but service was friendly and smooth, and I really appreciated how they looped me in to what I needed to know.
