Professional staff and very knowledgeable of their products. Helped us to determine which e bike fit our needs. Sandy stayed with us the entire time we were there, even allowed us to test ride two different bikes to help us feel the difference. They stayed past closing time with us. Very personable staff. Sandy also helped us with finding the right helmets.

I bought a hybrid bike from Sandy at BGI Southport. She was helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, and really listened to my needs. She gave me good guidance on my new bike, accessories, and trade in at fair pricing. The mechanic (long beard) was meticulous and timely. He set up my bike and added the accessories. Love BGI, highly recommend!!
