Quality products and professional service. The sales staff and service staff know their products and customer service is excellent. We had to have a new treadmill belt installed on the floor model closeout TM we just bought once we got it delivered and realized it was more than a simple adjustment. Spoke with service manager Preston about it and ordered new one with no hassle. Service call was great. Technician (sorry I don’t recall his name) was extremely professional and personable. Really knowledgeable about the product. We discovered a couple more things that needed attention along with the belt and he is taking care of us without question. Have to order a couple of replacement parts under warranty that were missing/damaged. Thanks to all for top notch service!
