All the team there were especially helpful and very friendly and patient with us tying to make a decision on a bicycle that we were to sure would work for me after my hip surgery they were kind enough to hold it for me for about a week until I could consult with my surgeon which took a lot longer than anticipated, but they kept saying it was no problem when i did come back in to test ride it did not work out for me BEN worked with us and they were sorry it did not work out but if we wanted to try again he would make it happen he said he understood the staff was so great and had awesome attitudes and are filled with so much valuable information on al their products. Amazing shop!

The service personnel were very attentive and listened to what we were looking to find. The shop was clean and well organized. There was available space to try out the merchandise before purchasing. Overall a great experience. Wound up going back the day after picking up my bike to have my husband’s bike tire repaired and they were able to repair I immediately! We will recommend to all our friends!

Fast service and helpful. We took our bikes in for our yearly inspection and service. We needed a quick turn around to be ready for a camping trip the next weekend. They serviced three bikes in less than two days. They also helped my wife install and load a newly purchased bike rack on her vehicle.
