I love BGI Southport. Ben and Brandon and all the people there offer exceptional customer service. I watched Brandon as he worked on my bike and he took the time to answer my questions-and I always have question because I want and need to learn more about all things bicycling. I know that when I walk through the door, the guys are going to help me with any bike issue or question I might have. I am a customer for life and I couldn’t ask for better.
