After an hour drive, I arrived fairly late on a Sunday and they had zero problem taking care of me and didn't make me feel like a burden. Definitely know their stuff with Shimano and hooked me right up when other shops couldn't I'll gladly return.

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, & unhurried (not pushy). They have displays of their products & allow you to try them out. They work with you through the purchase, making it a pleasant experience. And delivery is prompt & seamless. They even provide maintenance on their products. Quality products & excellent customer service = BGI!
