Luke was awesome and very helpful. I went for help with replacing a seat on a pole. Luke did not charge me for doing that. I had been in the market for a bike and with Luke’s help I was able to find one and purchase it. Thank you.

The store was well staffed and had a wide selection of bikes and accessories. I was met by a staff member before I reached the check-in and my bike’s bumpy back tire was diagnosed, the rim was repaired and I was on my way within a short time. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff isn’t the norm anymore but I found it when I spoke to someone on the phone and again when I walked in the door. The quick turn around in getting my trike serviced was much appreciated. AND the honesty of not selling me new tires for the bike when all I needed were 3 tires aired up. THAnK YOU again !!!

Great customer service! The woman helping us went above and beyond trying to find a helmet that was supposed to be in stock. She found it in stock at another location and let us know. We were browsing accessories and another employee passing by stopped to give us advice on a bicycle mirror we were looking at. We purchased a few items and were able to order the bicycle helmet to be delivered to a BGI Indy location near our home.

Super happy with the customer service I received. I thought maybe my bicycle couldn’t be repaired. I’ve only had it for a few months and bought it second-hand for not a lot of money. I was worried the fixes needed would be expensive, but luckily they weren’t and my bike is great now! Huge thank you.
