Hans was very helpful to tell me not just everything my bike needed, but also what was more urgent vs what could wait. I came here expecting to leave my bike for a few days, but I got it back in 15 min. Joe was friendly and also a big help in getting the parts my bike needed. Hans and Joe are terrific! I'll likely be back in the near future to have the remaining items taken care of.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Several staff members engaged with me to make sure I had all I needed but ultimately it’s the amazing bikes that brought me there. I was looking for a quality, affordable bike and my sales person Sandy brought me exactly what I needed on the first try. One ride of my new Elektra Townie and I was sold. And then she set me up with accessories that the guys installed for me. I left there smiling from ear to ear.
Was able to get my bicycle in without an appt. Had a shifting cable snap that turned my bike into a "fixie"! Anyway the mechanic (bearded guy-didn't recall his name) was able to get my bike repaired quickly and efficiently. He did a great job! I think the price was fair as well.
Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They helped me unload and when the repair was finished they helped to get in back in the truck. Very nice and professional folks.
I brought my bike in for service. I have a 2017 Giant Defy and it needed some TLC since I've neglected it for many years. They were up front with what I needed and explained what the cost would be for labor and the item with an estimate that was very close to my final price.
I also had a question regarding my seat height and the mechanic took me outside to the parking lot and watched me do several laps to make adjustments to the seat.
Everything seemed straight forward and upfront with no upselling. Plus, I appreciated the mechanics time to adjust my seat for a better ride. Seems like a solid group of folks that work there and I appreciate their professionalism.
Customer service was excellent - I was very happy that Joe listened carefully, gave us space, and was very attentive regarding what our needs were. He gave us an opportunity to explore and test ride and in the end we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks!

Staff were very welcoming but not overbearing and allowed my wife and I to look through the store without feeling pressured. Purchased a very nice Specialized balance bike for our two year old and she loves it already!
I originally stopped by the County Line store to purchase a new road bike in 2021.
Fast forward to 2026 and due to health issues I traded in my two wheeler for a new tricycle to continue riding my bike for daily exercise.
I'm 76 and appreciate the attention and service provided by staff members Sandy and Joe currently at the Southport Rd location.
