Staff is very knowledgeable and good at explaining in simple terms. I like that they don't try to sell or push maintenance work on you-I was told a timeline to monitor, what to look for, and didn't feel like it was an immediate issue.

The guys at Bicycle Garage Indy (Southport rd location) made a pickup from out of town super easy. They had the bike I was looking for out of the warehouse within a day and ready to load up when I was passing through. Great new store. Super convenient to the interstate. Friendly staff.
