BGI Southport is always fantastic to work with. I like that when I drop my bike off to be serviced that they go through the work to be done and give me opportunities to ask questions. Their policy of only calling me to confirm replacement of a part exceeding $20 is also very convenient. The BGI Southport team is incredibly knowledgeable and always provides fantastic service!
