I bought a hybrid bike from Sandy at BGI Southport. She was helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, and really listened to my needs. She gave me good guidance on my new bike, accessories, and trade in at fair pricing. The mechanic (long beard) was meticulous and timely. He set up my bike and added the accessories. Love BGI, highly recommend!!

I like Specialized, Giant and Yeti. I've bought 2 Cannondales from BGI in the past and love those. Always happy with customer service and service done on my bikes. Great people that work there all around!

Needed a pair of riding shorts last minute and pulled up just as they closed in Southport. They were happy to help and even took the time to walk me through the options and find the right one for me. Great service and great attitudes.
