I brought in my two Trek bikes for a tire repair and inspection. Learned from the service tech that I was over inflating, even though the tires said 60-80 PSI. Good to know! I was in and out in 30 minutes with no appointment! BGI does a great job with great people.

We already recommended BGI to a friend. We purchased (2) e-bikes and a Thule rack and have loved every minute of riding for the past several days! Each day when we get home, we can't wait to get on our bikes and ride the bike trail in our town. This will be life changing for us 50-somethings because we need to exercise and wouldn't have gotten it without our e-bikes.

Ben was awesome! He inspected my bike right in front of me when I dropped it off and showed me some issues I did not even know I had that needed corrected. He talked me in to having the bike cleaned. The bike rode like brand new when I got it back and looked great from the cleaning. It was a great experiance and my old bike is in A1 condition again!!!

I came in with an interest in E-bikes but knew very little about them. I also knew what I wanted to pay for the two bikes. Joe showed me some bikes in that price range and answered all the questions I had. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. I was kind of in a hurry to purchase a couple of e-bikes because of a recent diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. I wanted something fun to do with my lady friend. I walked out of the store with two e-bikes, and and a couple of nice helmets. (And yes I payed for them first). Later that day I surprised her with her new bike and even went for a short ride. She was very happy! I wanted you to know that you are not only in the business of selling bikes and merchandise, but a little happiness too!!!
