My daughter loves your bicycle tune up services. I got her a gift certificate to your store for this purpose. Gift card was a little confusing. I received the confirmation and was provided a link to put the certificate in my daughter's name at your store. The link did not work. My daughter will use my confirmation, hope it works.

The team was friendly and helpful and I was able to try multiple bikes and find the one I liked the best. Each brand had slight variations and fit, so it was so nice to take them for a ride. I've already put almost 100 miles on my bike that I bought three days ago!! I'm loving it!

The store is well equipped and conveniently located. I like the professionalism of the staff. I like the policy that allows bikes to be traded in for a decent discount. Dislikes: during very busy times, it can seem short staffed.
