Matt and Bicycle Habitat is A1. He listens to your bike issue, and helps you fix in a smart and innovative manner. When in a pinch, I really on this wrench team to get me back on the road quickly.

I get my tune ups at your store and you tell me how best to take care of my bike.
I shopped around and visited a lot of shops and there was something to like about each, but Bicycle Habitat won me over because above the other shops, they ASKED for my business.
1. Val at 5AV shop helped me try a bunch of bikes and emailed the two that I like best - this was smart, and helpful!
2. David at Chelsea was friendly and helpful in setting up a test ride of my Specialized Sirrus. No one made me feel bad when I said I needed to revisit a Cannonade at a different shop before deciding. David took my order and had accessories added so I could pick up same day!
3. Justine is a customer service and sales wizard. She was so genuine and down to earth. I feel like of all of the shops that I visited she let me know that I was valued. She was intuitive and relatable and inspired trust.
4. I loved that I was offered 10% off and a post purchase tune up. No one else did this.
5. In other shops I felt like they were busy servicing bikes and that bikes sales were not so important, like they could care less if I bought a bike or not.
6. Bicycle Habitat is the only shop that knew how to help me break through my indecisiveness.
7. The bike tech that tuned my bike before leaving was very nice and answered my questions.
