Matt and Justine were excelente. The place was packed and that its a good sign , meaning customers go back for the comprehensive and professional service. I was blown away by Matt And Justine attenttion to detail, knowledge , smiles, and many recomendations. Sales skills were 100% excelente. They do show that they really care for the customer and the equipment purchased. I would go back again for any support. They are very proactive on getting back to you via email. Phone or etc. Thumps up Chelsea location.

One the most warmest team and they have honest and strong technical team. I had to sort my hydraulic breaks. They made few adjustments and ensured that i did not have to go through full bleed and replace the brake fluids. Most comprehensive and competent bike shop in NYC

I brought my Canyon Aeroad for some upgrades. Although the shop was very busy they took their time to listen to my request, sent an estimate within 24hours and had the bike ready a day early. Great service and a great shop. Highly recommend.
