The employee understood what I wanted in a bike seat. She fitted me with one on the trainer and allowed me to go on a short test ride. Excellent service and a very good selection of products.

I really like the energy and friendliness. It was a good environment for someone who didn’t know much about bicycles. Eduardo was very helpful (even came out to ride with me round NY so I was safe when trying the bike that I was buying) and I enjoyed the conversation with Steve. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and I’ll be back for more products when needed.

They’ve taken great care of my bike over the years. They are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve never felt pushed or oversold on things I don’t need. Services have always been completed within a few days which is great so I can get back to cycling! It’s definitely a bike shop run by people who bike themselves and love bikes and it shows. Matt was particularly kind and helpful especially on very busy afternoon where he could have easily rushed through everything to get to the next client. As someone who works for a musical instrument shop that both sells and services instruments, I appreciate their expertise and customer service.
