I absolutely loved this store! I originally had a fitting with Matt a little while ago, and I loved the experience so much that I came back and bought a bike from him yesterday. During the fitting, when Matt was tailoring the bike to fit me, we had some trouble finding the perfect seating position. As a result, we tried 5 different seats and adjusted the position probably 25 times. Matt was incredibly patient and caring throughout the entire process. He kept assuring me that I was fine and repeatedly asked me to make sure everything felt right for me. I genuinely felt cared for and like I mattered. Oh, and he ended up staying an entire hour past closing to make sure I was completely set up. He even encouraged me to take the bike outside onto the street and test ride it while he waited patiently inside the store, after all of his employees had already left! I’m definitely coming back here. I live an hour away, and I still plan on making the drive back here for my cycling needs. I will say that the store can be busy, but that’s probably because there are so many other extremely happy customers! Seriously, if every store provided this level of customer service, Amazon would be out of business. 😂 10/10 experience. I couldn’t recommend Matt and this store more!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only disappointment is that I had wider tires switched out to narrower ones. I assumed they'd save the wider tires and return them to me but the store didn't. They said I had to ask. Not insurmountable but a little disappointing because who knows if I'll want to switch back some day.
