Prompt and good service overall. When I picked up my bike though, the service guys were not interested in attending to a detail that I noticed on my bike.

I was walking by and I saw the store. So I decided to come in and, my surprise when I found they have different colors and variety of biking shoes from other stores. I am so glad that I found them on sale, tried them on and I felt very acknowledged by the guys who work there. Who guided, explained and were very patient to me (since it's my first time buying biking shows). So, I'll be back to check on other products because of the service the guys provided for me. Good job on having such kind staff to guide women like me.

Had the right size of the Trek bike that I wanted, and were very responsive and quick in arranging for a test ride and got the bike ready for me in a day. Also quick to respond to adjustment requests once I purchased the bike. Varun (Warren?) was my point of contact for my purchase and he was excellent to work with and very professional.
