We started in the North Van store but they didn't have the model and size of bike I was looking for, but called the Vancouver store and they did. When I arrived the next day they had it all charged up for me. Sam was a great salesperson and super helpful at getting me oriented to the bike. He's very knowledgeable in what he does.
