Quality shop and especially the service department the bike tech was great with my 7 year old daughter making sure everything was going to fit her.But I did buy this bike on line and a salesman was acting like he sold me the bike.

I had an excellent experience picking up my bike. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on what I actually needed for my bike — not just trying to sell me extra things. They took the time to explain the necessary accessories, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident with my purchase. It really felt like they cared about the person, not just the sale. Lovely support from your team. The member who was assisting us (I dont remember his name) was with a torn ACL from football and his name started with "V" - I believe he was from India as me and him discussed going home and moving. Anyway -- he was great! He spent over an hour with me and helped me try 4-5 different bikes, take them on a ride. Then we fully serviced it. I thoroughly recommend and I am super happy with my bike.

My bike was ready for pickup within a day. Upon arrival it was quickly brought out from the back and ready to ride. I ended up also getting a new pair of cycling shoes. Each of the staff members that assisted me were all very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The mechanic who helped me yesterday was incredibly quick! He fixed the problem with my bike very quickly, and thanks to him, I was able to go for my ride. Thanks a lot (I've never seen a bike shop in this city that helped so quickly before)

The mini bike up I purchased was very easy to use and compact. What impressed me the most was one of the employees working in the back. After attempting to pump my back tire with the pump I bought, I noticed there was an issue with my tire valve. I walked my bike back to the store and this employee (I never got his name but I want to say he had a French accent) fixed my tire in 10 seconds and didn't even charge me. I'll definitely be back simply because of him. Unfortunately I don't have his name but this took place at around 2pm on Saturday, April 25th, 2026.
