My wife and I were new to the world of high-quality bikes and began our search at BSP Langley. Right from the start, Jason made us feel welcome and at ease. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism were unmatched. He took the time to explain all the details we needed to know and encouraged us to test ride different bikes to truly understand what would work best for us. What stood out the most was that Jason treated us with genuine care, even when we told him we were just exploring options. There was no pressure, only support, which made a lasting impression on us. After visiting several other shops, we quickly realized that no one came close to the level of service Jason provided. His expertise and friendliness gave us full confidence in our decision to return to BSP Langley and buy our bikes from him. Jason from Langley was super helpful for a warranty claim which he offered to look into. Also called me back when he was able to warranty it, called me again it arrived ABS shipped it to Vancouver store for me to pick up as I’ll be down there. Awesome service!!

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a few different times over a couple of days and dealt with different staff, and they seemed to all be on the same page and knew what it was I was looking for and what I had been looking at previously. Was able to test ride a couple different bikes and was encouraged to make informed decisions. Altogether a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this shop if anyone asked.
