Jason from Langley was super helpful for a warranty claim which he offered to look into. Also called me back when he was able to warranty it, called me again it arrived ABS shipped it to Vancouver store for me to pick up as I’ll be down there. Awesome service!!

Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a few different times over a couple of days and dealt with different staff, and they seemed to all be on the same page and knew what it was I was looking for and what I had been looking at previously. Was able to test ride a couple different bikes and was encouraged to make informed decisions. Altogether a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this shop if anyone asked.
