Highly recommended. While preparing my bike for a ride on Sunday morning I saw there was a problem. They were able to fix it and get me out for my ride pronto. They understand what a cyclist needs and offer great service. Thanks guys!

I was shopping for a new bike helmet. After visiting several cycle shops I returned to Sports Pacific to more closely examine one of the helmets I had seen. The sales person was very knowledgeable and set me up with a reflective light on my helmet. Prices were reasonable. Service was great.

I had a fantastic experience at this shop thanks to both the salesperson and the bike technician. I called earlier in the day to inquire about a bike, and the salesperson kindly offered to set it aside for me to view later. Although I wasn’t able to arrive until 5:30 p.m.—just 30 minutes before closing—both team members were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I decided to purchase the bike, and they went above and beyond by staying a bit past closing time to ensure I could take it home that same day. I’ve been extremely happy with the bike and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to others.

Jason, Milan and Andy were all super helpful in assisting me in buying my first e-bike! Milan spent 3 hours in store with me as I test drove several bikes, he answered all my questions, was very patient and knowledgable in all things e-bike. Andy did a great job setting up my bike with all the extra parts I bought, and overall I'm very impressed by the incredible service from everyone! Would highly recommend shopping at BSP :)
