I was in the store last week and the person at the front counter (from Milan, Italy. I wish I had asked his name) was so helpful. He helped me find two tiny screws for my cannondale (which I bought from you a few years ago). Thanks for the great service.

Really appreciated the help from BSP yesterday! I really needed help with a quick brake bleed on my bike before a trip. Norco told me it was 6 weeks to get an appointment, and MEC was 1 week out. The staff at BLP did me a favour, and had my bike in and out in an hour for a reasonable price. Thank you for your timely assistance! I will be back. Paul
