New bike day is always exciting, especially at a shop where they share your excitement. They took the time to talk me through details about gravel bikes and tubeless tires. I really appreciate a great small come shop. This crew is top notch! Thanks for getting my birthday present ready in less than a day!

Overall our recent ebike purchase(s) went great. The only thing is we had to order one of the ebikes and waited two weeks and a couple calls later on our end to find out the bike was ready for pickup.

Honest approach to working with customers. Is far from pushy and doesn’t try to upsell everything. Also didn’t try to get me to purchase a way nicer bike than what I needed. Fabulous experience. I do have one thing. I believe they initially said it would only take a day to get the bike from the warehouse. I think it was just shy of two weeks before the bike was ready to go. But overall, 10/10. I’ll be back

Dave, Corey, and Kalyn were all incredibly helpful with our first bike purchases. They gave us suggestions, let us test ride, and figure out what bikes would be perfect for us. There was no rushing to make a quick sale. What a great team!

Super happy with my repair! David didnt treat me like an idiot and gave me a fair price for the repair. Even found a nut for my seat to keep it from coming loose. Also the only place in dubuque to work on ebikes (within reason)
