The service was professional and knowledgeable but not pushy. Nice range of bikes and each one I was explained the benefits of that model. After the purchase they took the extra time to set the bike up to fit me, adjusted the seat, the handle bar, position of the brakes etc… Also took time to show me the correct position of my foot on the pedal and where my heel should be on the bottom of the stroke to reduce stress something I didn’t know.

I loved the wide selection. Everyone in the shop was amazing to work with and really took the time to make sure I had what I needed and knew how to work everything. I came in with a unique situation, and thought that I knew what I wanted. Dave took the time to really talk through my needs, and was able to point me in a direction that made more sense for both my needs and my pocketbook. He wasn't out to just make the sale; he really cared that I had a bike I can be successful on.

Dave did a great job fixing my hydraulic disc brakes. He got the air out of them and explained it would happen again if I keep hanging my bike upside down.
