I am shopping for a road bike and booked a new bike fit with bike world. Eric was amazing and knowledgeable like a cycle savant! While on his stationary bike he observed my cadence, posture, gate, muscle firing patterns, etc. capturing all that data now allows him to seek bikes that fit my body— goal is to harmonize everything for comfort and performance. Eric and Eileen’s ethos offers spectacular service and I hands-down recommend a visit to their shop.

Everything is major league at Bicycle World. I've been a happy customer since the turn of the century. Owners Eric & Ilene put their heart & soul into every tune-up and repair. Great cycling ambiance, three floors of fantastic bicycles, and technicians that are second-to-none. Bought a beautiful TREK Domani 4 and my pit stops in Kisco are always a pleasure. I live in Saratoga Springs and still throw my bike into my Subaru when I head south. Like having a good doctor that's worth travelling to! I'll be a Bicycle World disciple until 2059 (when I turn 100).
