Very complete, if a employee said they will follow up on something they do. All the employees and owners, in fact, are very nice. It is even possible to get a free baked snack there on Saturdays :) I also find Eric, the owner, to be very knowledgable and enthusiastic about cycling. My only issue with BicycleWorld is I find the receipt to be cryptic and sometimes I can't remember what the line item is.
