Eric is relentless about customer satisfaction. He went to tremendous lengths to make sure I was satisfied with my bike which included replacing the one I purchased with a different one. He would not give up and has a customer for life.

Excellent service. The service department arranged to install a replacement part while I was in the area so that I didn’t have to make two trips or, heaven forbid, leave my bike behind. Of course, this is not always possible, but I am happy that they worked it out when they could.

It doesn't matter your skill level or the bike you are riding, he is beyond knowledgeable , passionate about his work, makes sound suggestions, and is enthusiastically encouraging. Eric recently tuned up my bike and did an excellent job. He is always reliable and completes the work in a timely manner. I also appreciate his honesty when I ask him questions about what repairs I might need. Not to mention last time I was there Ilene made the most delicious complimentary brownies :)
