They don't just sell bikes-they help u ride smarter + stronger. From the start, I was given thoughtful, hands-on attention. Owner helped me test out multiple sizes, made carful adjustments + and. my Q's w/genuine respect. This was customized experienced guidance by ppl who care whether ur ride still feels right a yr. from now. I didn't walk in there expecting cookies + coddling. I came in there looking fr the right fit, right bike, and staff who actually understand what they're doing + that's Exactly what I got!!

I brought my bike in and it was in seriously bad shape. They examined it and found what had to be done. And all the stuff definitely needed to be done. I got the bike back and it felt like a brand new bike and they got it back to me so fast I was amazed. I like dealing with the professionals and these people are professionals. I had a great bike ride yesterday and I’m gonna ride today.

I have been a Bicycle World customer for over 30 years. This is a great bike shop. I recently bought a Wahoo Bolt bicycle computer from them. The cost was comparable to what I could’ve bought it for online. Ben from Bicycle World explained the set up and the functions. I had some minor problems with the set up and rode my bicycle to Bicycle World the next day. Ben fixed the problems. This is the advantage of buying through your local bike shop as opposed to online.

Eric and Ilene are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Eric is so knowledgeable and helpful. The service department is incredible. Everything about the store exceeds expectations. I would absolutely recommend this bike shop to anyone interested in a new bike or getting their existing bike serviced.
