Everything is major league at Bicycle World. I've been a happy customer since the turn of the century. Owners Eric & Ilene put their heart & soul into every tune-up and repair. Great cycling ambiance, three floors of fantastic bicycles, and technicians that are second-to-none.
Bought a beautiful TREK Domani 4 and my pit stops in Kisco are always a pleasure. I live in Saratoga Springs and still throw my bike into my Subaru when I head south. Like having a good doctor that's worth travelling to! I'll be a Bicycle World disciple until 2059 (when I turn 100).

i have bought 3 bikes over the past 20 years from Bike world, and referred many friends as well. i have never felt anything but extreme satisfaction with each purchase, and more importantly, with their mechanical and fitting services. the personal touch and care is exceptional and hard to find these days. i always trust the work they do for my bike. i also like that they do not sell "cookie cutter" mass-produced bikes. I don't want to ride the exact same high-volume bike that all the other shops sell.
Every bike shop out there that sells high ends bikes claims they are "master bike fitters", but Eric, the owner, is a true expert and anatomist. his encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and how each measurement and adjustment affects the whole riding experience is beyond compare. I am a physician and his knowledge of anatomy and function is off the charts. he has fixed at least 2 nagging pain points for me from prior bikes/fittings and extended my ability to ride by at least 20+ years. I recommend Bike world extremely highly and without reservation.

I went to BICYCLE WORLD to buy a bike for Christmas. They had the friendliest staff ever and most importantly knowledgeable about the bike I wanted and what I wanted to use it for . With their recommendations I was able to purchase EXACTLY what I wanted and was fit for everything. They did need to order a part because I wanted a specific color and yet my bike was ready in 2 days .
It was a truly great experience and it’s nice to meet people who take pride in their work and are happy to help you !
I would shop there again in a heartbeat

I've been a Bicycle World customer for decades. I've always appreciated their vast selection of bikes, apparel, and accessories along with the range of price / benefit points and, perhaps most importantly, their forthright scope and promptnes of bicycle repairs when needed. When another shop told me that I'd need the cassette, chain, and, likely, the chainring set on my '99 Calfee replaced, I knew that I wanted Eric and Ilene to have my business on this matter.
Surely enough, on my bringing it in, Ben at Bicycle World went over the drivetrain and other worn components with me, informing me what needed to be replaced and what he could determine may still have remaining service life. He determined that the chainring was still good with the new chain and even made a fair effort at seeing whether my trainer-sweat-rusted-out SPD pedals could be resurrected. He retained all the old components for my inspection and completed the work when promised.
Add the fact that I've never seen a cycle shop extending over four full building floors - maybe they exist elsewhere like Tokyo or Amsterdam, but I'm not aware of any in Westchester! - and I'd say that Bicycle World fills virtually any need of any cyclist of any means, whether for a new ride, for repairs, or for a new kit or other accessories.
Finally, Eric and Ilene are willing to share their wealth of knowledge and tips with you on getting the most out of your bike and of your riding experience - truly an added value perk found only in a conscientious, customer-centric, full-service shop such as Bicycle World.
