Unfortunately your cypress location was closed with no notice to me. I now have to drive 40 minutes just to get my bike serviced versus the 10 minutes it used to take me. Not real happy about that. I had great service there and so far working with the woodlands location they have went above my expectations to help through this transition.
Better than average selection of products in the area, nice folks working there. Brought my mother and girlfriend there when they needed help and none of us have ever been disappointed in the service. Thanks.
I like the no pressure sale, the patience of the salesperson answering all my questions and the showing and trying of any bike. They had a nice selection of brands and price points to choose from which makes it easy to compare, the hard part would just be choosing a bike if your new to riding like my self. Thank you for having a brick and mortar store seems like online stores are starting to take over everything. Sad to see the Cypress location close . Oh and the two free maintenance per year for the lifetime that you own your bike is awesome that's a huge savings in its own. Thanks Bicycle World !!!

I miss the cypress location, but this will do just fine.

The staff treated me with respect , appreciation and attentive service as soon as I entered the store.
I was given immediate attention to my issues with my run of the mill beach bike , and although it was not an expensive bike at all , their interest in my issues with and what needed to be done , was handled as if it worth thousands!
Repair work was done within 24 hours - they cleaned it up top to bottom after doing the work , and as an wonderful touch they added a bell on the handle bars!
Fabulous group of people on staff there!

Good selection and the young man helping me was very informative. I'll be 65 in March and wanted something for exercise. Haven't ridden a bike in years. Ended up with a Giant Talon 2. It certainly fit the bill and rode it today like I never missed a beat.
Also learned that I get 2 tune up's a year for as long as I own the bike.
Customer service was exceptional! We went in to purchase our 10 year old a new bike that would last for many years to come. The insight and advice from the sales person was very helpful when making the decision on the size of bike to purchase. The quality is great and the price when compared to other brands of similar quality at other bike shops is much less. Our son is truly enjoying this purchase and we are happy to have spent less and still have gotten a great quality bike!
