First things first, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Ben. I explained the problem I was having and he gave several ways that I could explore to remedy those issues. Ended up buying two different things to try out. He let me know there was a thirty day return policy if these items didn’t work. I don’t know if this was just my lucky day or this was routine care for the customer. Either way this will be my one stop bicycle store.

I'm just a old guy who wanted to ride my bike. Needed a flat tire fixed. Nice young man assisted. He was very knowledgeable even found a issue on the inside of the rim and repaired that as well. What I found interesting was thst wh3n he was putting air back in the tire he kept checking the rim inspecting it looking for something. VERY THOROUGH. also helped me find a basic hand pump. Only issue was the older man.manager or owner. I was standing watching the guy repair my tire and he kind of pushed me aside by asking me to move from where I was standing so he could get behind a tool parts desk. Words like excuse me please would have been nice. Nice big store....AND nowhere to sit and wait I walked around the store several times while my repair was getting done. Hiw about a waiting chair or bench. Other than that all good.

This place is awesome! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about bikes they had all the parts to repair. I was on a trip in Jax and my wife's tire needed replaced. They got me straight in and out!

They have a huge selection of items unlike some of the smaller shops! The people working were super knowledgeable on products, parts, and any other questions you may have. This may now be my favorite bike shop in Jax.
