Came in Saturday 6/7/25 and meet who I believe his name was David. He sold me and my wife 2 GT bikes. Fantastic experience and great sells man and informed us about which bike would be better and even saved me money as I came in for 2 Trek bikes for $700 each. Next day 6/8/25 I meet two other gentlemen who were also very nice and assisted us in finalizing my purchase. If this bike store works with commission I hope David got it. 10/10. Will be recommending this place.

Excellent job installing hydraulic brakes on my Lectric xp. Dave was awesome. Went above and beyond what needed to be done. Also cleaned my bike before returning it. And gave me a military discount which I really appreciated. I've always got great service there. And the prices are very competitive with other cycling stores. Highly recommend. Even scored a Fix helmet for half price!

I came into the store to find a new bike for my daughter. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We ended up with a bike my daughter was really excited about and they made sure everything on the bike was working great before we left.

Friendliness and expertise of everyone we work with at Bicycles Etc. is never NOT a 10. All repairs are explained in detail. All work done matches the estimate, and there's never a shock when it comes to paying for services. All the bikes I own were purchased from Bicycles Etc. and we always go back for service.
