When we arrived at the store, the customer service was excellent. The owner went above and beyond and even let my son try his personal bike so he could get a better feel for the size and type of SE bike that would work best for him. The bike builder was also fantastic—super knowledgeable, clearly passionate about bikes, and took the time to make sure everything was set up right. The salesperson was just as great: patient, kind, and never pushy. It was an awesome experience. You can tell they truly care about their customers and about getting kids on the right bike. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great bike.
