I ordered a balance bike online, the process was easy, the items in stock were shown online. The next morning I was called that the bike was ready to pick up. Pick up was soooth and the customer service rep told me a cute story about another customer who loved the same bike. Bicycle Etc is a sleeper of a store, set back in a neighborhood shopping area, totally worth seeking out. They carry an excellent selection of family bicycles.

I LOVE this bike shop. I take both my gravel and road bikes here for all my tune-ups and repairs. Even though I am an avid cyclist, I don’t know a THING about repairing or maintaining bicycles. They never act snobby (like in other bike shops) and they never make me feel like I’m “less” of a cyclist because I can’t build a bike. Also, you may get sweetly licked and/or kissed in the shop (from the adorable resident puppy dogs.)
