What a fantastic local bicycle shop! The staff is phenomenally, competent and knowledgeable! I bought my first local Bicycle here in 1987 and have been coming here with all five of my bikes. Their pricing is reasonable and their timing is excellent!

Walking in is like walking in to family. Someone is there to greet you, may it be human or four legged. Extremely knowledgeable with their products and any required service. Just wonderful people to do business with and just to interact with.

I came in to fix a flat rear tire and they found out that the wheel strip on my rim was torn and caused the flat due to probably under inflation of my rear tire causing it to make a hole in the valve stem. I left it there and picked it up in 2 1/2 hours on a Friday. Reasonable price for labor and first wheel strip replaced after 34 years. Great job and I rode the bike on Sunday on the Prairie Path with no problems. Thank you for your quick service being a repeat customer many times.

We had 2 bikes tuned up. Both were many years of use since the previous tuneup. Both are riding like new again. The team at Bicycles Etc… really took the time to do a quality job. They replaced parts that were overdue to be replaced, that we never realized the importance of. They also were able to install a traditional center mounted kickstand on my bike where other shops said I would require a rear fork kickstand (which tend to drop bikes). Couldn’t be happier!
