Bicycles, Etc in Naperville, IL is where we have purchased all of our bikes since we have lived in this area for 21 years. Russ, John, and Ron know everything about bikes. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The last bike we purchased was yesterday afternoon for my wife's Birthday. We were in and out in no time the same day where we could drive away all set to go for a bike ride on the trails. Thanks for your continued EXCELLENT service! We appreciate it!! Keith Olson

I needed some help with making a purchase decision with a rail for my Thule roof rack...which is the aero-blade system...REI didn't have a clue, or the products in Stock. Performance same deal, but I landed at Bicycles ect...he didn't seem to have what I needed but caught himself found what I needed and sold it to me
