I bought my bike in Nov of '25 and have over 800 miles on it. Recently I had a slight mishap due to wet road and decided to stop in to Bicycles Etc's Nocotee store to have it looked at. One of the people working at the shop asked what I needed and then proceeded to help me take the bike off the carrier and told me it won't take long. Within 30 minutes he checked my bike out, tightened up the front wheel and front brake as well as looked it over for problems. This is fantastic customer service and is worth driving over an hour to get there. I highly recommend this bike shop.

My wife and I bought two Trek Verve bikes in 2001 from Bicycles. We moved out of state for four years. During the recent return move to Nocatee we believe the movers caused my bike to be out of alignment. On Wednesday the 9th I brought my bike to the shop to have a basic tune up and to correct the noise in the front wheel. The shop promised me the bike would be ready later that day. Later that day I got email that the bike was ready (I was not able to pick up the bike that day). I went to the shop on Thursday the 10th to get the bike. “Trey”, one of the staff loaded my bike into the cargo area of my SUV. Great service and a reasonable cost of service. We will bring my wife’s bike in for service. Tom
