The store and maintenance shop were impressive. The staff was professional and personable. I broke a spoke and they replaced the rim and looked my bike over then lubed my chain and gears. I have used Bicycles Etc. three times over the past few years to keep my 30-year Giant Rock 4000 bike tuned up and each time my experience gets better. I highly recommend them.

David was very helpful. I drove a fair distance to buy this bike because my local bike shop is anything but welcoming. It was refreshing to walk into a place that very obviously welcomed all manner of cyclists.

My bike was shipped directly from Cannondale to Bicycles etc, who put it together very quickly. The experience was very easy and fast - a whole week faster than the estimated delivery date that showed when I ordered. The employee was very friendly when I went to pick up the bike, adjusted my seat for me and got me ready to ride it home. Love the bike! Thank you!
