Took my bike in for a few mechanical issues. The shop showed me what needed to be corrected what it would cost, and when it would be done. The price was quite adequate. I felt. The shop was very beneficial and explaining everything to me and making sure that I was totally satisfied with their work. I would recommend going to that store at any time to anyone.

I was very disappointed you no longer offered pick and delivery for existing customers. This was a great advantage with your business. Charging $35.00 to pick up and deliver is extremely high when I live 5 minutes from your store.

The staff is excellent; always ready to help with sales and service. Like everything, there’s electronics incorporated into e-bikes that require more than mechanical knowledge. Great selection to fit our needs and fair pricing. Ordered an e-bike they didn’t have on the floor - delivered and assembled within a week. Good folks to do business with!
