I had great conversation with staff in there, and I like that they talked to me like I could actually be someone into biking despite the fact that I am very fat. This is not always the case. I also appreciated that their mechanics were polite about working on my recumbent trike. Yes I know they are a pain to work on, but sometimes I need a bit of help keeping things running 100%.

We love Bicycles, Inc.! Our first purchase was back in 1992 at the Hurst location. We purchased a couple more bikes at their former location in Keller many years later, and now,,,we just purchased two Trek Roscoe 7 bikes from their Ft. Worth location. Beth, the Manager, was extremely helpful in helping us select the right models and keeping us updated with the status of our purchase order. The moment our bikes arrived, Beth called us to give us the great news! She also asked our body weight so that the air shocks could be customized for us. When we arrived to pickup our new bikes, Kelley, the Service Mechanic, was very helpful in going over so many details about the bikes, including maintenance, how to remove the front axel, adjust the brakes, accessory options, etc. He even assisted in making sure our new bikes were properly and securely loaded on the bike rack on our Jeep. I HIGHLY recommend Bicycles, Inc. for your bicycle and bike accessory purchases. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it really shows with their customer service. Thank you Bicycles, Inc.!!!
