Matt was extremely helpful with my drop-in service need. First, he threw my bike into a stand and checked it out immediately, then once he confirmed the issue, he told me it'd take 20-30 minutes, and that he'd take care of it right away. Then, while working on it, he noticed another minor issue and showed me (and talked about options to fix) but didn't pressure me in any way to have more work done. Bike was fixed, and i Matt was really helpful and shared good info while i was there. Also, it wasn't too expensive...Good experience with the service guys, which made me feel better about buying some more accessories from the shop. Thanks Matt!
