I had such an excellent experience, as i walked in the welcome and commitment to say we do that while you wait was such a big difference from the previous bike shop I had just left. then i discovered to my delight an expresso maker and it was exceptional, my kids are happy and my visit started to rekindle my desire to ride again. the service and hospitality was exceptional thank you Mark

I bought a bike at the beginning of the year and brought it back for a check over and to change the pedals. All of the staff are great there they were attentive and helpful with finding the best product to suit my needs not the most expensive ones. The bike was checked out and serviced as required without upselling me. I felt I received value for the money and friendly customer service. I will be back to see the folks at Bicycles Plus whenever I need anything for my bikes. Eric T.

I called a few days ago for an emergency brake replacement for a three-wheeled bike. I did not have an appointment, but the bike is used every day for sidewalk inspections conducted by summer students, and so having the bike safely operating is very important to ensure our inspections progress as scheduled and to ensure the students' safety. Patrick, and the rest of the staff at Bicycles Plus replaced our brakes without an appointment, and we were back inspecting sidewalks with the bike only 24 hours after we brought it in. Patrick also offered some troubleshooting tips to help with the brakes for the students if they were out in the field and there were issues. We are extremely grateful for Patrick and the rest of the staff at Bicycles Plus who helped us out so quickly and professionally.
