I’m absolutely delighted with the service and support I received when purchasing my Trek Rail+ 8 Gen 5 eBike on 27th February 2026. From ordering to collection took less than a week, which was brilliant. Big Bear Bikes will definitely be my go-to bike shop, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. The showroom is vast and there is a fantastic selection of both bikes and equipment. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always on hand to give advice and show you a product without any pressures to buy. I recommend them to everyone, we bought two bikes and some equipment and will be definitely use them for servicing, and further purchases. Outstanding!

Excellent service from start to finish. Took time out to show me various options and ensured I had a thorough test ride. No pressure sale and looked to give the upcoming discount early. Once product arrived took time to run through everything to ensure I knew what I was doing and how to operate the various functions, etc. Will be back, top notch product selection and great customer service.
