Perfect from walking feeling welcome and greeted. From finding the right bike to finding the right equipment. The pickup of new bike with info how to look after the bike throw winter and where best to go for a ride. 10 out 10 thank you guys

Harry in the workshop has provided a fine service. He is courteous and knowledgable. Helped me set up the suspension post service as well. Highly recommend these guys. Not the cheapest service but that is relative to what you get. Good work costs. That's life. Thanks Harry.

Was looking for a bike for my 11 year old son and was very impressed by the service and guidance from Oliver at Big Bear Bikes as i didnt know where to start as there was so much variety to choose from. After deciding on the Trek Marlin 4 XS this was built,tested before collection i was also impressed by the after sales service as after 6 weeks you have the opportunity to recalibrate the bike at no extra charge and an in depth discussion on keeping your bike in tip top condition and the do,s and dont,s on maintenance.High recommend a visit of you are looking for a bike or accessories.

Collecting my new bike was an absolute pleasure and is just one demonstration of how good the guys in the store are. Mike took me through all the features of the bike to ensure I knew how all the various elements worked. He has a wonderful, friendly and highly knowledgeable manner; as have all of the guys I have dealt with in Big Bear. Thoroughly recommend the store to all.

I like the personal service. Staff at big bear have a genuine interest in what riding you’re up to, where you’re riding and what bike you’re currently on. The range of knowledge and experience across the the staff members is wide which gives a greater level of support.

Have been a long standing customer of Big Bears for many years, together with my late husband. They have gone over and above to help me in what has been a very challenging time. They exceeded expectations and were extremely knowledgeable, taking time to explain and show me my new bike, helping me get the set up right. Their expertise helped me make the right choice with frame size, components and pick the right bike for my requirements. Can't recommend them enough. I won't go anywhere else.
