Very impressed by the genuine level of interest shown to my wife when she called to collect some bike parts & happened to mention that I had just undergone a knee replacement operation meant that I was finding it difficult to fully rotate the pedals on my bicycle. A very helpful member of staff informed her about a revolutionary Dutch invention which enabled people like myself to resume cycling by way of a system which shortens the crank at the top of each turn of the pedals on whichever side is affected by such surgery. This was just brilliant news to me & I fully intend visiting the shop myself to explore this idea further with a view to getting started. Thanks so much for the invaluable help offered & the manner in which this was patiently explained.
