Very friendly and experienced staff - knowledgeable in road, gravel, mtb and leisure ebikes. Lovely to see the service department at the front of the shop and they were really helpful in sorting a tyre fitting for me - happy to teach me how to fit 'tight' tyres. Looking forward to picking up my new ebike.

Excellent personal service. The assistant, Mark, made sure we got the right bike for our needs and requirements. He made sure we felt ok on the bike and we got to ride it and get the feel of it to make sure we were happy. He also assured us that if we did have any questions at any time in the future, to ring them or pop into the shop. I felt perfectly confident to purchase a bike, knowing if there was a problem, it would be sorted out by them. I will recommend their shop.
