I think the service at Big bear bikes is great, it makes a difference getting a welcome and having chatty, knowledgeable staff, the shop is also kitted with amazing kit, Highly recommend it , I travelled 2 hours for their specific ride wrap and they didn’t disappoint. Great shop, great customer service.

Always great service at Big Bear, all of the staff friendly & helpful. Special mention for Oliver, nothing ever too much trouble and always patient with my questions. The enthusiasm for all things bicycle shines through at this place. It may be 'cheaper' to buy online but for me it's worth going to Big Bear for the service you get.

Very knowledgeable team, nothing too much trouble & you don’t feel under any time pressure whilst taking a look around, nor during a buying process. Ample selection of bikes & availability to test ride them too. It’s not just about the bikes as they also have a good selection of clothing & accessories.

Even though the wrong colour bike was ordered and on eluvery the wrong bike was initially delivered big bear bike Staff quickly resolved the issue and we are very happy with the bikes
