Customer service was first class and they provided really great advice throughout the build and the sale. The purchase was for my son’s Christmas present, they shared offers on the day of collection as extra gifts for my son and they helped me to load the bike into my car. Very good, we were looking for a cycling hydration pack for my wife, unfortunately there were none on the shop floor however Alex was extremely helpful and showed us options on the computer.

Staff are always very helpful and friendly with top customer service, any issues i have or anything i want bike related i always bring it to these guys. always a pleasure to put money in a buissness were you get everything you want or need in return. If you want a new bike or whatever it may be bike related i would always recommend big bear bikes whether for myself or others👍
