The service team went the extra mile to identify and sort the ‘creak’ on my gravel bike. At no stage was I made to feel like I was worrying over nothing ( even though I’m a grey haired lady rider).

Great service from start to finish. Great communication from Alistair making it a real easy sale. Travelled 4.5hours from south wales to collect the bike and service on site was excellent. Any questions or requests were answered and dealt with friendly and professionally. Would definitely purchase again from Alistair/Pickering store.

A Fantastic shop with very understanding staff who all have a wealth of knowledge and Cycling experience. Took my bike in with The instructions to upgrade every possible item and to say the least I am Shocked and Amazed as to the results this Professional Cycling team have achieved.
