Staff are always very helpful and friendly with top customer service, any issues i have or anything i want bike related i always bring it to these guys. always a pleasure to put money in a buissness were you get everything you want or need in return. If you want a new bike or whatever it may be bike related i would always recommend big bear bikes whether for myself or othersđź‘Ť

All the products are great. My wife’s bike was just out of warranty and the Bosch motor failed. We weren’t happy after spending a lot of money on a bike which really hadn’t done anything and it was going to cost a lot of money. Bbb got in touch with Bosch and after 4 weeks of waiting Bosch sent at new motor foc. A big thank you to bbb workshop and Ollie for sorting this.

Great range of products from first bikes to advanced options and everything in between. They have all the extra options to add to your bike from pedals and handle bars to helmets and gloves and clothing. Very friendly and helpful staff who have a fountain of knowledge about bikes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike with great customer service and a backup service to ensure your bike is safe and healthy.

We recently purchased a Trek bike for our grandson from Big Bear Cycling Shop in Pickering, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we choose the bike to the pick up, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us. The service was exceptional with patience and expertise, and they made sure we felt confident in the bike. The value for money was excellent, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. We drove from Scotland to collect the bike. Our grandson will be absolutely thrilled with his new Trek bike for Christmas, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Mike helped me find a suitable gravel bike and trusted me to go off for a test ride on my own. He explained about aspects I was unfamiliar with, such as tubeless tyres, different wheel axles, crank removal etc. He added in mudguards and flat pedals gratis. Very good attention to the customer. Seemed a typical price for the bike I got as well.

This is a real bike shop. No jargon. No nonsense. The bikes, the accessories and the staff are all top tier. Thanks to Alex, who I met at the dalby cycle hub pointed me out to the perfect 20” bike for my son. Not only did he guide me in the right direction in deciding a bike he also helped me take advantage of deals I wasn’t aware of! The 20% off the Trek Wahoo and then 50% off a helmet. Service excellent by Rich Was very helpful However Bike delayed due to a scratch so new bike ordered Offered to wrap it for free Although nice gesture however there seems to be a few bubbles which are disappointing as you can see them Not sure I would have had the wrap if I’d known it was like a sticker I thought it would be a invisible spray Does it come off without stickiness when it starts looking shabbier? Don’t like to complain but when offered the film I was told I wouldn’t see it but I can with the bubbles and I can see the stickers where the wrap finishes
