The products are great quality.The service is excellent! I was looked after by Oliver. He is very knowledgeable about all products and he took myself and my partner through each step of buying a bike and the products we would need with great attention to detail. First time for many years back to having a bike. Absolutely brilliant staff very helpful nothing too much bother, not pushy gave some great advice advantages disadvantages on ebikes. things we really need on bike rides. Yes a little more expensive than some but the quality says it all. Definitely recommend big bear bikes .a big thanks to the guys .

A good all-round bike shop with ample parking in a good all-round location..! Pleasant, competent and knowledgable staff, efficient workshop servicing and a bright, airy showroom with a large selection of bikes and accessories, plus eBike charging and washing facilities..all you need really..! Worth my 50+ miles round trip.

This is the 1st bike in 14 years, that hasn't been an Internet direct order, and the 1st bike I've physically collected from a shop since 2012. It was very refreshing to have it all built up and set up for me, and the staff spent ample time guiding me through its various features. I would highly recommend them and their store, which carries a huge range of bikes and accessories to suit all aspects of cycling.

Always a great service from Big Bear, I think the young lads name is Harry I dealt with for my service? He is super friendly, very attentive and is easy to communicate with. Bike rides like a dream now, I like to look after it but I’m no bike mechanic so it needs that experienced touch every now and then. Alistair is also a key member of the team, he sold me the bike a year ago and I was very impressed by him and that continues to this day. Riding through hubfest yesterday he stopped me to talk and check the bike was good after its service, he didn’t need to do that but he genuinely cares about the company and its reputation. The only thing I would suggest and this isn’t a negative at all, is have you thought about a portal to check the progress of your bike service and/or your bike order? It would be great to see how long ahead is your bike, you could even suggest fixes on their for customers to approve, upgrades available and then alert the customer when the bike is ready for collection. Top service all round, see you soon
