Just had an excellent bike service on a couple of bike we had bought last year from Big BEAR. Only one minor niggle, if you adjust the saddle height to do a test ride PLEASE ensure that you mark the preset height and return it to that height on completion.

Quality products and service with good attention to customer requirements. The workshop team are very thorough and give excellent feedback and advice. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and attentive but don’t bother you when you’re looking around. There are a large selection of quality bikes on display and they will offer you a test ride on any bike in the shop. It’s a round trip of over 4hrs for me but I always come away feeling confident I have received a quality service.

Bug bear bikes had the shoes that I was interested in,I had been around the other shops,lake shoes suit my feet so did the deal,staff helpfull and knowledgeable

Modern shop with a huge range of products. Oliver had a great knowledge of the bike I purchased and made the transaction easy. Offered loads of advice on maintenance and gave a detailed handover.

We entered the shop with hardley knowledge of E bikes but once Mike talked to us through everything, we left the shop satisfied and ended up purchasing two e-bikes
