Absolutely fantastic service from Big Bear Bikes. Thanks to Oliver, we have a brand new kids bike which was only released a fortnight ago, delivered with awesome communication and service, at a bargain price. These guys really go above and beyond, and we will be delighted to buy our bikes from them again in the future. Can’t wait to get out on the trails this weekend! Thanks team big bear!

Rich was really helpful, encouraged me to try the next size up on a bike which actually turned out to be a better fit and it was no trouble for me to try out a gravel bike Id also been considering instead of a hardtail (although it was quickly dismissed as I could immediately tell it was a terrible fit). I was kept informed about my order progress whilst waiting for it to be delivered and I also got a follow up call the day after I'd picked it up to check that everything was OK. Just really good service all round.

Big Bear Bikes is truly in a league of its own. It’s hard to find the right words to describe their incredible approach to customer service. The entire team consists of genuine cycling enthusiasts who aren't just friendly they possess deep, expert knowledge. They are always ready to offer great advice and keep you updated on the latest trends and innovations in the cycling world. What I appreciate most is that they recommend products they’ve actually tested themselves, so you know you’re getting honest feedback. The service department is equally phenomenal. The mechanics are top, I’ve never been disappointed, and every job has been completed 100% correctly with total transparency. No fluff, just high quality work. While there are several other bike shops in the area, none come close to the level of satisfaction I get at Big Bear Bikes. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them to everyone. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else when the experience here is better than perfect!
