The current coordinator at the Wilmette location who was working on August 24 was excellent. She is newer at this location and she’s very attentive and great to work with. She was focused on kids’ needs and flexible. Really appreciate her!

Big Blue is a great place to do swim lessons. The teachers and staff are kind and patient. My daughter really enjoys coming for lessons l.

You are patient with the kids and you have a methodology to know when your kid is ready to advance to the next level and there is good communication with the parents. My only wish is that lessons went for an hour rather than 30 minutes.

I like the support we get from both Alexia the coach and Nikki as my daughter was very afraid of the water and swimming generally and they made it a friendly lovely experience that my daughter now looks forward to it every single time! Thank you so much for helping us through it ❤️
