Great customer service by ALL staff I worked with. Was happily greeted by someone actively working on a task and offered a willingness to provide immediate assistance. I was quickly provided a consideration to complete an ask outside a common workorder, was demonstrated confidence in their ability to complete the job, noting they even had the special tool required. Dave himself was there and provided a balanced approach with his ability and willingness to properly train his employees to ensure his clients are taken care of regardless of his presence. I was provided a reasonable quote for the work, an approximate timeframe for completion and advised I would be texted when the work was complete. I received the text message a short while later indicating the job was complete. Upon my return, I was again greeted by multiple staff, all looking to help. I paid for the work and took my fixed up parts ready for install with me. When I got home and installed them, everything went well. Great value. Great service. Grateful for a locally owned and operated business.
