I like how knowlegeable they are about bikes. They work on the bikes behing the counter, which is nice to follow the work. I could test the bike, chat about what I would like better and they provided guidance on many choices. Plus, when getting the bike, they helped me fit everything.

The salespeople are so nice and helpful. We got a new bike for my daughter and they picked out the right size for us, then installed the kickstand, lock, and bell. She was able to ride it home! Such a great experience.
