Every time I have been in this shop, I’ve been impressed with their knowledge and honesty about the many aspects of bikes. Of course it’s also great that when you buy from them, you know they will take care of your needs. We just bought a 3rd bike for the family and there’s definitely a reason we keep coming back!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I have utilized services from other local competitors (mikes bikes, Encina bicycles, Trek Alamo, and Pegasus bicycle works and REI) and I could tell the difference in the genuine care and quality of the repair compared to the others.They took care of my repair request and look for potential savings and issues. I will be definitely be bring my bikes here for future needs. Thanks big Dave’s bike for servicing the greater pleasant hill area.

Everyone seemed like they were willing to help when I walked in, and weren't trying to upsell me on nonsense I didn't need.

The staff is incredible, and so helpful. I came in with my wheel-enthusiast 2 year old to get a bike helmet, which is no light task. The person who helped me was so efficient and knowledgeable, and got him appropriately fitted within minutes. He also gave some advice about toddler balance bikes, and I'm so glad he shared his advice with me. This will be my main stop for anything bike-related for our family, and I always recommend big Dave's bikes to everyone in the area. Wonderful place!
