I like that I can talk to someone local/in-person. I like that you have samples of clothing in store. I like that you can offer almost any sort of customization, even if you have the outsource.

So easy to go in and have a custom shirt made, and there is never an issue with using my own tee and design. Everyone is always friendly and helpful!

The shirts are very nice, and you delivered on your promises with a deadline. I would just suggest better communication upfront on what is expected from the customer in terms of payment. That part of the process was unnecessarily complicated. Thank you Cathy
