I was really happy with the service and the finished T-shirts I ordered, esp. since I had not ordered a custom T-shirt in many years. The website was easy to use and very helpful to review products and submit questions/orders. The West Linn in-store experience was also great, both initially to get help with ordering, and at pick-up. I would highly recommend Big Frog!

I needed two custom shirts ready in just two days, and after a desperate search of the entire Portland area, they were the only company I could find who could help me! The team was very helpful and thoroughly explained the printing processes and color options required for a rush order like mine, so I would not suffer any disappointment or surprises when receiving my shirts. Ryan, the owner, even reached out after store hours to walk me through the payment process and answer all my questions...that blew me away! Excellent service! I brought in a sketch of what I wanted and Cavanaugh helped tighten up the design and add a Nordic style text. There were a couple of options for the type of sweatshirt we wanted and lots of color choices. Process was easy and service was great! Start to finish and placing order! I’m looking forward to picking up our shirts!!
