This was my very first time using any type of transfer. Kate at Big Frog made it so easy for me by writing out the heating temperature and time process. Her customer service is top notch. She is patient, pleasant and accommodating. I’m so excited about this product and partnership that made and will continue to my life so much easier.

I like that you can customize designs in small (or individual) batches. The ability to use existing designs and/or designs that I’ve created is also really cool, which I’ve done several times with your company, and I get great compliments from people out in public.

The person who helped me at the brandon location was friendly and helped with the graphics that I needed printed. It was quick and easy. I came in with my logo on a flash drive and walked out 20 minutes later with two shirts ready to go!

Kate was amazing to work with. Getting shirts made was a bit intimidating for me. I called a few places and eventually ended up on the phone with Kate. She was friendly and told me to come in. On arrival Kate helped me re amp my old logo into something more modern, gave me ideas on shirts that will fit my needs. I ordered 12 shirts and the next day they were ready to pick up. I will definitely be going back to bullfrog for my printing needs!
