Iā€™ve had a truly excellent experience with Big Frog of Buckhead, and itā€™s largely because of Wrisa. From the very beginning, she has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hands-on. She took the time to explain the differences between printing methods and inks, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped me make informed decisions about quality and cost. What stood out most is her level of care and follow-up. She consistently checks in about digital proofs, sends photos and pricing when she finds great options on the 75% off rack, and makes sure Iā€™m aware of good opportunities. When I visited the store, she walked me through different brands and styles, explained which would work best for my needs, and even encouraged me to try items on so I could confidently speak to sizing for my customers. The quality of the finished products has been great, but the customer service is what truly sets Big Frog apart. The product is wonderful. My monk photo T-shirt turned out just as I envisioned. Wrisa helped me through every step, she was fantastic, not only was it great customer service, she genuinely felt and listened to my monk story.
