They did an amazing job on my Pastor Robe for her Pastoral Anniversary. The work was completed in 1 day when I was expecting 3-4 days. I will definitely be back for other services besides embroidery.

I like the variety of choices in shirts to choose (dri-fit, cotton, cotton-polyester blends, etc.) and colors. I like that choices presented to create the design of the shirt (online or working in-person with staff). I appreciate the expertise of the staff to design the shirt.

My second time using Big frog for my business is printing needs and they exceeded expectations again. I brought them an order on somewhat of a tight deadline, and they were extremely helpful in store figuring out the right print option for me and worked quickly and communicated well getting the product turned around in short order. Will surely be using them again for the next branded company merch order.

Joseph was EXCELLENT! He even told me about washing instructions and how not to use fabric softener as it could affect the graphic. I was so impressed with his personality, very nice and kind. Big Frog has a "keeper" for sure with Joseph. I have purchased about a half dozen times ff so far and this is my first experience with Joseph I wish all my interactions had been with him.
