I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at Big Frog T-Shirts. From start to finish, the process was smooth, enjoyable, and surprisingly personal, making it truly a place near and dear to me. First and foremost, the quality of the t-shirts and the printing is exceptional. The fabric felt great, and the color of the shirt along with the print was exactly what I was hoping for. What truly elevated this experience, however, were the incredible personal connections I discovered throughout my visit. As someone who, along with my late grandmother, has a deep fondness for collecting frogs, walking into a store named "Big Frog T-Shirts" immediately brought a smile to my face. It felt like a little nod to a cherished hobby and a special bond with my grandmother. This unexpected delight made the whole process feel even more engaging and unique. Adding to this heartwarming experience was my interaction with the sales associate, Joseph. When he gave me his name, I was genuinely touched to learn their name as it's the same name as my late great-grandfather who's family is the topic for the Reunion shirts. This unexpected coincidence created an instant sense of warmth and familiarity, making the customer service feel incredibly personal and comforting. Joseph for friendly, welcoming and assuring. Finally, the location itself holds a special place in my heart. Its located near one of my husband and I's Anniversary restaurant "Miros." Having such a positive and personalized experience in an area already significant to me simply enhanced the overall feeling of contentment and connection. Big Frog T-Shirts isn't just a place to get custom apparel; it's a place where quality meets genuine human connection. The delightful frog theme, the wonderful sales associate named after my ancestor, and the meaningful location all combined to create an experience that I won't soon forget. Justin was extremely helpful. I had a tight deadline and he made it work! He provided me with all the information I needed in order to make the right decisions for my design. He provided mark ups and was quick with changes and suggestions. My t-shirts turned out amazing.
