So far I’ve ordered polos and communication and transparency was phenomenal in the process. Every thing was done correctly and according to the time they provided. Communication above all made us choose frog as so many companies just left us wondering or in the dark!

We’ve had a great experience working with Big Frog of Clearwater for our employee apparel. They are always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, and the quality of the shirts and embroidery has been great. They make the ordering process simple and are always willing to help with whatever we need. We really appreciate the great service and look forward to continuing to work with them!

We faced family health issues that prevented us from ordering summer camp tees early for the Banyan Odyssey Summer Program. Big Frog answered our call for HELP two weeks before camp started in July and kept filling additional orders as new campers signed on at the last minute. We appreciate Patrick and Emma for the timely response and sweet attitudes in the face of my panic mode! Thank you for taking good care of us (and at a reasonable price)!

We had a very last-minute request for t-shirts for a major event in St. Petersburg. I was almost embarrassed to ask if Big Frog could accommodate us. But, they went out of their way and got our t-shirt order to us a full day before the event. Big Frog gets a huge thank-you and a definite thumbs up from all of us at Trinity Lutheran Church!
