Order was processed correctly, and the person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant. However, I did not receive a receipt for my order as the telephone number was recorded incorrectly (as per the paper receipt record with the order).

We are pleased either our purchases but I must mention I ordered a navy blue extra large t-shirt for me with a small image on the front left.I got a large black t-shirt with a large decal on front. It was my error for not checking my receipt but your receipt also said I ordered a light blue t-shirt! I will be more careful to be sure my receipt says what I ordered. The black t-shirt fit me so I kept it. Thank you. We are telling our community members where we purchased our items and I trust you will see they get whatever they may order. Thank you!
The quality of workmanship was wonderful. Once it was explained to me what type of file I needed to provide, in order to have them print images on clothing, it opened up a whole new world of possibilities. I love using this company!
Since I've only wore one of the six shirts that I had DTF printed so far, I'm just not able to judge the quality of the fabric and printing film. As me again in a few weeks/months and I'm sure that I can offer some better feedback. It was a pleasure to work with Emma.
All went well with a reorder and small logo change. Only negative was two shirts ordered but not d3levered so these were delayed and had to make a separate trip to pick them up.
