The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be a little better is the pricing. I ordered my son’s T-shirt on amazon prime, adult size, same design for $16. Had I had the time, I would’ve ordered ours as well.

Kassandra at Big Frog Bird Road location was very helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through several shirt types and printing methods and detailed the differences in cost, turnaround time, and quality. She made the entire process VERY easy and everything went smoothly with my design, order and pick up. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it! Thank you again, Kassandra and Big Frog!
