I ordered a shirt and then had a family crisis so couldn't pick up and pay for the shirt. You so kindly shipped the t-shirt and, knowing my state of distress, didn't ask for payment at the time. You didn't harass for for payment and waited patiently until I called to give you the payment information. I have received a lot of kindness over the past 6 weeks but none quite as unassuming as yours. Long story short, your customer service is second to none. And, the t-shirt was a BIG HIT! I am so grateful!
