Addi and Chris are AMAZING! Their knowledge and expertise is evident. They listen carefully, provide great feedback, give solid advise, show a personal interest in not only meeting my needs, but even exceeding them. Size and colors of t-shirts were a concern for me, and going above and beyond they ordered in what was not in stock so I could know what to expect on color and if the size is right. They are attentative to budgetary constraints and dont just try to sell the most expensive product. The concept of your business is great, and interacting with someone is simple. In short, they are very professional, courteous, invested in my needs, very knowledgable and artisan at their craft. I dont believe in coincidence, and what a God send and blessing it was for me to cross paths with Chris when he helped my start my car because of a weak battery, I was actually at another business at the time, otherwise I dont think I would be here leaving this survey. The costumer service was amazing and the people were so kind and understanding. Every part of the process was smooth and stress free. The only complaint I have is that I asked for maroon and the shirts came a bit more red than most liked. Otherwise, amazing experience, thank you so much!

I needed a custom t-shirt fast! I called Big Frog of Frisco and they said they could do it. I literally went in one morning and walked out 10 min later with a fantastic shirt! I highly recommend Big Frog of Frisco! Everyone was so nice too...great customer service, which is rare to find these days.
