Quality seems good, as well as kinds of printing available. Large selection of colors and styles. But mostly it's the service! I have always been treated with a positive, helpful staff member. Brandy is amazing!! She's patient and offers great suggestions about our custom order. We will definitely have an ongoing relationship with Big Frog. We talked to other vendors closer to our location, but you guys exceeded them with great customer service, response, and competitive pricing, which is very helpful for a non-profit company. A big thank you to you guys.

The staff was very helpful when determining how my new small business shirts should look. They allowed me to be part of the process in the layout and the shirts were ready to be picked within 2 hours. I will be going back very soon for additional business clothing!

I love the variety of products and printing styles available. I really appreciated that we are able to order a smaller number of shirts with various prints and still receive a great price. Big Frog Blue Springs was remarkable. Not only did they deliver on time, but they even were ready a day ahead of the promised date; and that was on a RUSH order already. The product looks great and we are going to order again with Big Frog Blue Springs. I received an email quote immediately and the folks that walked me through the order in person were patient and kind. We appreciate working with a local business over an online only company. Ease of working with a staff member on a 'specialty' piece that you wouldn't otherwise think can be done. Staff member was very professional, courteous, friendly, etc. The other co-worker in the shop, was equally as helpful when asked for his opinion on the best option that could be considered, with regards to the type of print option. This is the 2nd time I've used Big Frog and will more than likely, continue in the future.
