I love the quality of your product. Love the soft shirts and fleece sweaters. I have never had an issue with any service with you even if it was mass ordering, website making, and 24hr jobs. The service and quality has always been 100% satisfactory. I love the website! Website was made quickly and user friendly. You were able to give me everything I wanted. Your prices was compared and you were the best price. You even organized the orders for me which I am so grateful and it was easy for me to distribute. And you continue to service me for those that missed the deadline they can still order. Absolutely Amazing!

Excellent knowledge, communication, and hands-on skills of the young man who helped us in the store. We were at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, UT. I believe that the young man's name was Mason, but not certain. We were at the store around 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2. He was friendly, helpful, polite, and had great suggestions for how to make what we were looking for in our purchased hoodie. The final product was perfect for us. He was an excellent and helpful listener! We will refer others to BIG FROG, most definitely!

I visited the store the day before Christmas to customize three shirts as gifts, and the experience was wonderful. The staff member who helped me was incredibly patient and thoughtful, guided me through the designs, and made sure everything was completed on time despite the holiday rush. I was so happy with the result and truly appreciate the great service!
