The design you put together was right on point with what I was looking for and I LOVED the mock-ups that were presented for me to select from. Then when it came time for execution, that was speedy and correct as well. Picking up took all of 2-3 minutes, so hyper-efficient there as well. What's not to like? These folks are nothing short of AWESOME!!! :-D

The shirts were perfect. Their customer service not so much. After a week of not hearing from them, I went into the store to find out why. The guy who took my order had apparently not submitted it and no one had done anything about it. He was not friendly at all. The girl I talked to was really apologetic and finished my order that day. My advise - Don't let a guy wait on you.
