Friendly helpful service and a large variety of products to choose from. You are also given an option to bring in your own hat or clothing item if you want some product / style that they don't carry. You don't have pay for your design or order anything in quantities. For 1 or 2 items with no time-line, you receive the finished product(s) in approximately 2 weeks. Bottom line, they want you to be pleased with your purchase from them.
