Do your own work. It's a shame to charge customers and upcharge for most items and then you send them out to another company to complete. I've placed several orders and because of this the turn around time is very high and hasn't been accurate yet. Unfortunately we've moved on to another vendor for our needs.

It took over 4 months for our shop from start to finish. Our shop was not open on time as requested and we felt lost sales happened because of that. On top of that, during our biggest meeting of the year, the shop was mysteriously closed and orders were not able to be taken. The shop had been opened earlier that day, so that was incredibly frustrating. When reaching out to get it remedied immediately, we were met with no answer and no return. We lost sales due to that as well. And then when the orders came in, everything was subpar at best. The quality was crap, with letters already starting to peel off and texture being an issue as well. We picked the softest shirts for children with sensory issues, and instead of doing what was best to maintain the quality of the shirt, they did what was cheapest and fastest and ultimately it led to unnecessary delays. I had to return multiple times to get items fixed, it was like quality was never checked when it went out the door. We will NEVER use Big Frog again. Which is such a shame, because we have been big supporters for several years. The new ownership passes the buck and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. We have also warned everyone who we've talked with to go another route. Another loyal customer gone.
