They have graphic designers on site which was great. We came in with ideas and the graphic designer (Cody) worked on our ideas while we were there. To be able to collaborate in real time is a big win. They also have a great selection of products to pick from. We did have an issue with one of our t-shirts, it had a very worn look after one washing. This did not involve the graphic/printing, it was the fabric of the shirt. They replaced the shirt for us including the printing, which was very much appreciated.

The staff is amazing making the process very easy and straightforward. The quality of the direct to garment printing and the shirts they stock are fantastic. The shirts that are a year old still look as sharp as they did when first purchased, and they are worn very often.
