I started a business recently and wasn’t sure where to start to get a couple custom items. I looked online and wasn’t confident in how they would turn out. I looked locally in the metro and found this store. I stopped in and Renee was incredibly informative and wonderful to work with. I took a day or two decide and went back. I worked with Casey the designer. She helped get my logo into a format that would work and got my order in for me. Quick, easy, no pressure, couldn’t have been better or easier. Great communication throughout the process. Quick turn around for custom items. Picked them up yesterday and I absolutely love them. Turned out perfect. I will be back to get more, the hardest part is deciding what else to get!

I had an amazing experience working with Cody B at Big Frog Plymouth to design embroidered custom lab coats ! From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Cody went above and beyond by printing a replica of the design in the actual size so I could visually see how it would look. This allowed me to make slight changes to fonts and styles with confidence. The attention to detail, patience, and clear communication made everything stress-free. The final product turned out 10/10—the quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be returning for more projects.
