I brought in my own sweatshirt for some custom
lettering …. And it was/is a holiday gift. I knew the timing was tight, and I wasn’t sure they would be able to do it on my own garment. It turned out perfect! It was exactly as explained to me, looks just like I was told it would, and I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely use BIG FROG again!

Cody was very helpful with my order. He recommended a couple different brands of t-shirs and let me know prices before I made a decision. He was also able to bring up designs I used on previous orders. Our order was ready in just a few days. We are very happy with our shirts.

Everyone was super helpful. I wanted a t-shirt made with a logo I had from the web. The staff informed me that the image was under copyright and could not be used. They took the time to help me find something that was comparable that I liked. Cody was great, he went over the image to make sure it was vivid and clear. I ordered a sweatshirt and 2 t-shirts. They turned out wonderfully. They even put the logo on the bag my order was in.
I recommend them highly. Excellent customer service!!!!

I appreciate the Printing services tremendously. People ask me where I get my shirts printed, and I'm happy to let them know Big Frog. I'm excited of soon getting coffee mugs printed. Its nice they have mugs, and other products there, in case you dont have a supply. Big Frog crew is pleasant and personable. You truly see their smiling faces from walking in and walking out, and the welcoming atmosphere, and their obliging and helfulness to make sure you get exactly what you request. Thank you Big Frog.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Plymouth Big Frog location twice now for our corporate merchandise needs, and each experience has been outstanding. Renee B, the Store Manager, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to help us secure the items we needed within a very tight timeframe. Her dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The Plymouth team is consistently quick to respond to inquiries and always provides helpful guidance on which print options will work best for each product. Their turnaround time is impressively fast, which has been invaluable for our projects.
Casey, the Lead Graphic Designer, assisted me during my most recent order. She was attentive throughout the process and so helpful in making adjustments as requested to ensure the final product matched our vision perfectly.
While I haven’t yet used their design services, they’ve offered creative support if we ever need it, and I’m confident their design team would deliver excellent results. I look forward to exploring that option in the future.
Big Frog offers a wide selection of products, ranging from affordable options that don’t compromise on quality to high-end brand name items, there’s truly something for every need. I highly recommend the Plymouth location to anyone looking for friendly, professional service and quality merchandise. I’ll definitely be returning for future orders.
